企业运输管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 运输管理系统是指与物流运输活动有关信息组成的集合体。在运输管理系统中,对运输活动进行管理并制定决策,其具体内容包括,运输工具的选择、运输路线的确定、单次运送批量的确定、在途货物的选择与追踪等。上述运输相关内容,都需要运输管理系统提供详细准确的物流信息,而这些物流信息的支持,保证了运输活动能够及时有效准确的完成,同时减小运输成本,提高运输利润。当前国内外现有的运输管理系统存在着一些问题。首先,很多企业用通用的物流管理系统来完成运输管理工作,对于所要运输的货物和所处的运输环境没有明确的针对性。通用物流管理系统并不适应专有行业的业务管理需求,因此使用通用的管理系统存在一些问题和缺陷。其次,现有运输管理系统中缺乏对运输路线的有效规划。运输路线规划问题,需要提供起始点、途经点、终到点各种地理数据的有效信息,现有运输管理系统中对上述数据提供不完全、更新不及时,导致规划得出的运输路线并不是最佳路线,不能达到运输利润最优化的目的。最后,国内企业对于运输信息化和标准化的程度还不够,限制了物流管理的信息化发展进程,导致虽然客户的需求在进步,但是管理系统的发展跟不上。国内企业中基于现代运输的管理观念和发展意识还比较薄弱,对于运输货物相关信息的交互不够及时和通畅,导致货物的运输效率偏低。针对上述问题,黑龙江乳业集团希望能够开发并使用一个针对自身专有货物(乳制品)的运输管理系统,能够满足货物运输管理的需求,完成运输部门整个运输活动的管理和调配工作。本论文论述了现有运输管理系统的研究现状,分析了现有运输管理系统存在的问题,介绍了本文所使用的运输管理系统的相关技术。本论文根据黑龙江乳业集团的业务需求,统计并完善了企业运输管理系统的功能需求设计。在使用这些相关技术的基础上,进行了系统功能上的设计与实现。讨论了如何实现运输管理系统中对于基本信息、驾驶员信息、审核信息、人车匹配信息、运输规划信息、货物实时信息以及查询考评信息的管理,在货物运输的日常操作中对货物运输相关的驾驶员、车辆、货物信息进行增添、删除、修改、查询等各项操作,对于货物运输的批次组合、运输路线、途径送货点等信息进行最优化求解,缩短运输时间,减少运输损耗,提高运输效率,最大化运输利润。从目前我国运输行业的现状来看,企业运输管理系统的研究有重要的现实意义和广泛的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Transportation Management System (TMS) is the collection of the informationabout logistics activities. In a transportation management system the data is managedand the decisions are made for the transportation activities. The specific contents ofthe management includes: decision of transportation tools, decision of transportationroute, the decision of goods volume and batch, the selection and tracing of goodsstatus. And this information needs the data from TMS which is sure to be effectiveand accurate. This ensures that the transportation activities can be achievied with theminimum transportation cost and maximum profits.There are currently some problems in existing transportation managementsystems at home and abroad. First, many enterprises use common logisticmanagement systems for the duty of transportation managements. So themanagement to goods and environment does not aim to clear destinations. Thecommon logistic management systems are inappropriate for the businessmanagement demands of specific industries, so some problems and flaws occur.Second, existing TMS lack of effective plan about transportation route. Theproblems of transportation route plans need the effective informations about startpoint, intermediate points and end points. And existing TMS do not have theseinformations, or the related informations are far from comprehensive. So the existingplaned routes are not the optimal, and the transportation profits are not the most.Finally, the information and normalization in national enterprices are not enough.And this limited the development of TMS. Furthermore this cannot meet theincreasing demand of customers. The modern transportation management thoughtand developing awareness of national enterprices are still weak, and the interactionsof transportation goods related information are not timely and streamlined enough,so the transport efficiency are low.For these problems, Heilongjiang Dairy Group hopes the development andusage of TMS towards specific goods (dairy goods), which can deal with themanagement and deployment of the total transportation activities.In this paper, the current states of research about existing TMS are discussed,and the problems of these TMS are analyzed, and the related technologies areintroduced. In this paper according to the business demand from Heilongjiang DairyGroup, the functional demands of enterprise transportation management system arecollected and improved. On the base of these related technologies, the design andimplementation of this TMS are finished. The discussions include how to achieve the managements of basic information, driver information, auditing information,transport plan information, goods real-time information and query information.Judging from the current situation of China’s transportation industry, the studyof the transportation management system has very important practical significa nceand wide application prospect.
