【摘要】 随着经济全球化和贸易自由化的发展，企业的生产形态已经发生重大的变革，企业之间已经形成既高度分工又紧密融合的格局。中国物流与采购联合会的统计数据显示：供应商提供的零配件价值占制造业产品总价值的50%左右。企业要想获得长期的发展空间，必须依靠优秀的供应商团队的支撑。有研究表明，产品质量缺陷的20%～25%是由供应商引起的。供应商质量能力的优劣程度将对核心企业的产品质量产生重要影响，关系到核心企业的生存和发展。供应商质量能力评价作为供应商质量管理的重要手段，其重要性也逐渐受到从业者的重视。本文在研究供应商质量管理和供应商质量能力评价等理论的基础上，综合运用文献研究法、案例研究法和问卷调查法等研究方法，对A公司供应商质量能力评价体系展开研究。首先，阐述了A公司供应商质量能力评价体系现状，分析了A公司供应商质量能力评价体系存在的问题。其次，对A公司供应商质量能力评价程序进行梳理，将样件质量能力纳入供应商质量能力评价体系，与质量潜力、产品质量能力和质量改进能力等指标构成闭环的质量能力评价指标体系。基于质量成本的方法，结合物料的生命周期，分阶段衡量供应商交货的产品品质，构建产品质量能力评价指数。再次，通过对A公司供应商质量管理人员进行问卷调查，并基于三角模糊数层析分析法，计算出每个指标的权重。在制定出每个评价指标的评分细则的基础上，构建了机构料、电子料和包材类供应商质量能力评价体系。最后，对新版供应商质量能力评价体系进行实施，并对其实施效果进行了分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of economic globalization and commerce liberalize, productionmode has undergone major changes. Both highly division and close integration pattern hasbeen formed among enterprises. The statistical data form China Federation of Logistics&Purchasing showed that about half of the total value of products was provided by suppliers.The enterprises which want to obtain the long term development must rely on the continuoussupport from their excellent suppliers. Research showed that approximately a quarter ofquality defects ware caused by suppliers. The capability of supplier quality will exert animportant influence on the enterprises`product quality. Also, it is related to the survival anddevelopment of the core enterprises. As an important means of supplier quality management,the importance of assessment of supplier quality capability has gradually been weren’t valuedby practitioners.Based on the theory of supplier quality management and assessment of supplier qualitycapability, this thesis studied the assessment system for supplier quality capability of companyA. The research methods of Literature study, case study and questionnaire areadopted in the thesis. Firstly, the thesis expounded the present situation of assessment systemof supplier quality capability of A company and analyzed its problems. Secondly, theassessment process of supplier quality capability was sorted out. The closed assessment loopconsisted of four indexes: Quality potential, sample quality capability, production qualitycapability and quality improvement capacity. Thirdly, based on a questionnaire surveyfor supplier quality managers from Company A and triangular fuzzy number AHP, the weightof each index was calculated. Also, the assessment system of supplier quality capability formechanical material suppliers, electronic material suppliers and packaging material suppliersware established. Finally, the new version of assessment system of supplier quality capabilitywas implemented and the effects of implementation ware analyzed.更多还原
