河源地区灯塔—坚基线电压波动和闪变分析及抑制研究

【摘要】 随着国家经济建设飞速发展,河源某地区的中小型炼钢企业迅速增多,这些非线性或不对称负荷产生的冲击无功功率、谐波电流不断注入电网,电网系统产生大量的电压波动及闪变等电能质量问题,对于可靠性要求高用户来说,电压不稳定,设备无法稳定可靠的正常运行。因此,分析、研究这些炼钢企业接入电网系统后对区域电网的影响,对规范和提升电能质量管理,具有重要的意义。本文以河源某地区坚基-灯塔线系统为研究对象,进行了以下研究。首先,对坚基-灯塔线系统PCC点电压波动及闪变进行理论估算分析,介绍现阶段抑制电压波动及闪变的方法及对策;然后,对并联的STATCOM主电路结构及对其运行原理进行了详细的分析,并对STATCOM的动态数学模型进行了详细推导,并用MATLAB进行了仿真,验证了其可行性,并对其并联STATCOM方案进行设计实施,经过电能质量监测系统的数据,各项指标均低于国家相关标准,从而,也验证了建模、仿真的正确性; STATCOM系统中PI控制器存在一定的缺陷,现采用滑模变结构控制方法设计了STATCOM控制系统中的电压调节器以取代原PI控制器,使STATCOM系统具有响应快、鲁棒性好、设计方便等特点。最后,通过仿真实验,对分别采用PI控制器和滑模变结构控制器的STATCOM系统的性能进行了对比,结果表明,基于滑模变结构理论设计的STATCOM控制系统具有响应快、鲁棒性好的优越性。本课题从工程实际出发,以灯塔-坚基线系统中PCC点的电压波动和闪变为研究对象,对其进行了有效的治理措施,对采用PI控制器的STATCOM装置基础上,对其控制策略进行优化设计,通过仿真试验结果表明,对控制策略优化后的STATCOM更能够有效抑制灯塔-坚基电压波动和闪变,提高系统的自愈能力。

【Abstract】 With the rapidly development of the national economy, more and more small andmedium-sized steel enterprises have been founded in the city of Heyuan. The impulseReactive Power and Harmonic Current caused by the nonlinear or asymmetric loads injectpower grid constantly, that makes the power system produce power quality problems like amass of voltage fluctuation and flickering, for the high reliability needed users, if thevoltage is not steady,the devices cannot run smoothly. Therefore, analysis and research theinfluence of regional power grid after the access of these steel enterprises have an importantmeaning to standard and promote power quality management.This paper takes JianJi-Dengta line system in Heyuan as the research object,the study areas follows:firstly, the PCC point voltage fluctuation and flickering of Jianji-Dengta linesystem are estimated and analyzed theoretically, and the recent method and strategy ofcontrolling voltage fluctuation and flickering are introduced;then,the operating principle ofparallel STATCOM have been studied in detail,the main circuit structure of STATCOM isintroduced,and its dynamic mathematical model is analyzed,the simulation softwareMATLAB has been used to prove the validity of its principle;To solve the existent defect ofPI controller in STATCOM, the sliding mode variable structure(SMVS) control method hasbeen used to design the voltage regulator,and this makes the system have faster response,good robustness,convenient design and other features.In the last,through a series ofsimulations and experiments,the speed regulation system performances between PI controllerand SMVS controller are compared,the result proves that the designing control system ofSTATCOM based on SMVS theory has advantages of faster response and better robustness.From the practical engineering,this paper takes PCC point voltage fluctuation andflickering of JianJi-Dengta line system in Heyuan as the research object,its controllingstrategy has achieved optimal design based on the primary STATCOM device,and the voltagefluctuation and flickering of Dengta-Jianji can be depressed efficiently,and its self-healingability has been enhanced.
