地热能源项目与减排机制的应用研究

【摘要】 在环境日益恶化的今天,减排是当今世界的主要任务,随着全球碳经济的发展,无论在技术,还是制度上,都有许多先进的减排策略。本文以某公司进行的地热能源利用项目为例进行分析,钻凿两眼2500m左右深的地热井(一采一灌),开采地下85℃高温度地热水,作为公司纸制品工厂、香波和洗发水工厂、办公区和牙膏车间供暖及工艺生产替代热源。实际应用后统计,全年利用地热资源可以替代现有燃气锅炉产生的热量,年平均节省约13,000t标煤的使用,减少约35,000t二氧化碳的排放。如果将此项目减少的二氧化碳排放量,经过第三方审核机构的认证,在当地的排放权交易所进行碳交易。建设项目所在地处于天津城南某地热田北部,地下热水资源丰富,基于上述成功的项目案例,我们结合天津市地热协会的统计,分析后可以得出以下结论:在天津城南某地热田,有热储56万亿J,按照理论值,如果全部开采利用会减少0.13万亿t二氧化碳的排放;同理,除了上述天津城南某地热田外,天津市地热资源还主要分布在东丽山岭子、滨海馆陶及武清馆陶地热田,上述四个区域的累计热储量为417.9万亿J,按照理论值,如果全部开采利用会减少0.13万亿标煤,减少0.997万亿t二氧化碳的排放。目前欧洲市场的碳交易中,二氧化碳的交易单价约为0.5欧元每吨,那么天津市的地热资源就会拥有约0.5万亿欧元的碳汇额。但是在利用地热资源的过程中,我们还应该科学地走可持续性发展的道路。在能量利用的同时,保护地下水资源,合理的开采、严格的回灌及水质的监控等。技术上,作为可再生能源的地热资源外,我们还可以大力发展太阳能、风能等,同时进行二氧化碳的吸收和处置技术,开发可再生能源的生产技术;减排机制上,完善国内的碳交易制度,加快CDM项目的发展,提高人才队伍的培养,统一国内各个碳市场的标准,加入到全球的碳经济中。
【Abstract】 With the development of the environmental deterioration, it is the top onepriority that we are working on the mitigation and recovering of carbon dioxide.There’re not only strategy and approach of carbon dioxide elimination, on the area ofadvantage technology, but also on the area of leading programming.There is one successful story of project geothermal on the P&G, which haveachieved13,000t coal saving per year, means35,000t emission of carbon dioxide. Theproject was that pump the85℃geo-water from about2500m depth well (one well isproduction, another is re-injection), into the heat exchanging system around the loopof paper, hair care, oral care plant and office. We used the geothermal energy insteadof existing steam which is from boiler. Base on that, we can trade the number ofemission and discharge on the local discharge trade bureau, if the number has beenqualified and certified by3rd party competent team.The project located at the north of Wang Lanzhuang geothermal zone, whichthere are abundant geothermal storage near this area. There are56trillion Jgeothermal energy reserving under Wang Lanzhuang zone, informed the conclusionwith the association of Tianjin geothermal energy. Then there will0.13trillion savingof carbon dioxide emission if the total reserving energy could be fully consuming.Beside the Wang Lanzhuang zone, there are Shan Lingzi of Dongli, Guantao ofBinhai, Guantao of Wuqing zones in the city Tianjin. The total reserving energy is417.9trillion J, then can help us reduce0.13trillion coal and reduce0.997trillion tdischarge of carbon dioxide. There will be0.5trillion Euro income as carbon moneyin city Tianjin, since the unit price of carbon is0.5Euro per t.We need utilize the geothermal energy on the sustainability journey. Need protectgeo-water underground deeply, explore and produce the geo-water under strictlymonitoring through the re-injection loop, with the same time of usage.On the one hand, we should drive the developing on the energy of solar and wind,also work on the absorption and disposal technology of carbon dioxide, buildinnovation on the manufacturing technology of renewable energy production, fromtechnical standpoint. On another hand from the mechanism’s standpoint,we shoulddomestically improve the carbon trading system, and standardize the carbon markets of carbon, which speed up the development of CDM projects. It’s necessary that buildstrong capability through the talent supply into the global economy.
