基于无线网络的电梯故障报警与诊断装置设计与开发

【摘要】 通过分析了无线通信技术与故障诊断技术在电梯领域中的应用现状与发展趋势,论文提出了利用GPRS、Wi-Fi等无线通信网络技术,设计并开发集数据采集、故障报警、数据无线远程传输、故障诊断、辅助维护等多功能于一身的电梯故障报警与诊断装置。论文重点对基于GPRS的故障报警、基于Wi-Fi的远程无线数据传输、基于专家系统的电梯故障诊断方法进行了设计与开发。论文在提出了基于无线网络的电梯故障报警与诊断系统的总体方案和结构之后,确定了核心CPU、嵌入式操作系统以及各功能模块的选择,并确定了应用软件的总体框架。重点对报警与诊断装置的硬件进行了设计。硬件包括核心板和扩展板,其中核心板以最小系统为理念,选用S3C2440为核心MCU,包括Flash、SDRAM、时钟、扩展接口等模块;在扩展板上设计并实现了调试串口、GPRS、语音芯片、Wi-Fi、LCD触摸屏、USB接口、SD卡接口、以太网口、JTAG、复位电路等功能模块。选择WinCE6.0作为嵌入式操作系统并最终烧写到硬件中。论文重点研究了无线报警与通信技术的设计与开发。在分析了GPRS与Wi-Fi无线网络的优势后,完成了基于GPRS的报警与基于Wi-Fi的无线数据传输的程序流程。重点研究了利用Embedded VC语言实现报警与传输功能。论文实现了基于专家系统理论的电梯故障诊断系统。在分析了专家系统及故障树理论在故障诊断领域的优势后,首先基于电梯故障分类搭建了故障树模型,并对故障树模型进行分析并整理出专家规则,之后利用这些规则开发了专家系统的知识库与正向推理机,利用SQLite数据库对知识库进行管理,最后利用Embedded VC编程语言实现了该诊断功能。论文还实现了电梯信息查询、维修信息登记等辅助维护功能。

【Abstract】 By analyzing the application status and the development trend of wirelesscommunication and fault diagnosis technology used in elevator field, it is proposed anelevator fault alarm and diagnostic unit based on wireless network such as GPRS andWi-Fi that has functions of data acquisition, fault alarm, remote wireless datatransmission, fault diagnosis and repair service. This paper focused on design anddevelopment of GPRS-based fault alarm, Wi-Fi-based wireless data transmission andexpert system-based elevator fault diagnosis.Firstly, after putting forward overall program and structure of the elevator faultalarm and diagnosis system, core CPU, embedded operating system, functionalmodule and structure of application software was determined. Focus on hardwaredesign, which include the design of core board and expansion board, of the unit. Coreboard, including modules as Flash, SDRAM, clock and expansion interface, wasdesigned with the conception of minimal system, which used S3C2440as coreprocessor. Expansion board had functional modules as serial port of debugging, GPRS,voice chip, Wi-Fi, LCD touch screen, USB interface, SD card interface, Ethernet port,JTAG and reset circuit. At last, WinCE6.0was chosen as the embedded operationsystem.Then, this paper focused on the design and implementation of the applicationsoftware of wireless alarm and communication. After describing the superiority ofGPRS and Wi-Fi, program flow of GPRS-based alarm and Wi-Fi-based transmissionwas designed. Then, this paper focuses on the achievement of alarm and transferprograms by the use of embedded Visual C++language.Finally, elevator fault diagnosis based on expert system was achieved. Byanalyzing the advantages of theory of expert system and fault tree, this paper firstlyestablished the elevator fault tree model, from which extracted expert rules. Secondly,knowledge base and forward inference engine for expert system was designed. Then,this paper used SQLite database for management of knowledge base. Finally, by usingembedded Visual C++, diagnosis function was achieved. In addition, this paper alsorealized service functions such as inquiry of elevator information and registration ofservice information.
