船舶智能过闸系统的设计与研究

【摘要】 作为内河水运体系的不可或缺部分,船闸不仅具有调节水位落差、辅助船舶顺利通航的重要作用,船舶过闸流程和费用征收手续也直接影响着整个内河水运体系的运转效率。目前船闸通行状况存在诸多不足,例如:船舶过闸手续办理不便、船闸运行调度流程繁琐、船闸管理手段简单低效等。针对以上不足,本文以提高船闸通行效率、提升船闸服务水平为目的,设计了一种船舶智能过闸系统,来实现船舶的智能报到、待闸、调度、进出闸和缴费。本文涉及的主要研究内容如下:1.设计了船舶吃水深度测量模块,利用投入式液位变送器和水声换能器来测量船舶吃水深度测量,进而得出船舶的载重量,最终来实现依据船舶载重量的智能收费。2.将有源RFID技术应用于整个船舶过闸过程,并设计了船舶有源RFID标签以及终端感知设备,用来实现船舶的智能感知,从而达到船主不上岸过闸的目的。3.利用ZigBee网络和GPRS网络结合的方法来实现船舶有源RFID标签电子身份信息和船舶吃水深度信息的网络上传,由此设计了ZigBee通信模块和GPRS数据上传模块。4.在结合现有调度模型优点的基础上,设计了一种适用于多线船闸的船舶过闸优化调度模型,并用该调度模型来完成过闸船舶的智能编排和调度,实现了各线船闸综合利用率的最大化。5.设计了船舶智能过闸系统的服务器站点以及上位机界面,最终实现船舶、船闸管理中心、船主的信息化互通。

【Abstract】 As an integral part of the inland waterway system, ship lock plays an important role inregulating the water level, assisting in the successful navigation. Moreover, the flow of theship lockage and fee collection processes and procedures are also directly affects theoperational efficiency of the entire inland waterway system. Currently, there are manyproblems on lock conditions, such as: inconvenience in ship lockage, trivial formalities in lockoperation scheduling process and inefficient and simple in lock management.To solve the problems above, this paper aims at improving ship locking efficiency andincreasing the service level. An intelligent ship lockage system is designed to realize intelligentship report, lockage, dispatching, roundtripping and payment. Here are the main contents ofthis research:1. The measurement module of the ship draft is designed. The depth of the ship draft ismeasured by input level transmitter and underwater acoustic transducer, which can calculatethe ship’s carrying capacity. Eventually, it is the realization of intelligent charging based oncarrying capacity.2. Active RFID technology is applied to the whole process of ship lock, thus Active RFIDtags on ships and terminal sensing devices are designed. They are used for intelligent sensing,to achieve the landing lockage without ship owners.3. ZigBee communication module and GPRS data uploading module are designed.Combined both ZigBee and GPRS, it s to upload electronic identity and information aboutactive RFID tags and the ship draft.4. Optimal scheduling model for multi-line ship lock lockage has been proposed. It carrysforward the advantage of existing scheduling model, using the scheduling model for intelligentscheduling and dispatching. It implements the ship lock s maximum and comprehensiveutilization of each wire.5. Server sites of Smart ship lockage system and PC interface are done. They can realizeinformation exchange among the ship, lock management center and the ship owner.
