【摘要】 随着我国汽车产业的发展，汽车消费者已变得日益成熟、理性，更加注重汽车品质。调查显示，消费者在购买轿车时，安全、品牌、外观成为最重要的参考因素，其中安全以高达42%的比例成为了消费者购车主要的考虑因素，这充分说明在汽车日益普及的今天，关乎生命的汽车安全性能受到了空前关注。残酷的市场竞争促使我们的自主品牌汽车企业不断引进、开发更高性能产品，其中安全性能成为改进和提高的焦点，在进行新车型的开发过程中，尤其重视碰撞安全性能的开发。而随着国内新车型开发周期的不断缩短，汽车碰撞安全的开发周期也在相应缩短。因此，汽车碰撞安全开发流程的管理与优化就变得尤为重要。随着项目研发周期的缩短以及在研项目的不断增加，B公司在汽车碰撞安全开发过程中暴露出的问题逐渐增多，造成研发成本的增加、研发周期的延长，甚至对市场销售产生负面影响。因此，B公司亟需找到一套行之有效的方法来避免在碰撞安全开发过程中出现的各类问题，提高汽车碰撞安全开发工作的效率，降低研发成本。本文采用流程管理的思想和管理学的研究方法，对B公司汽车碰撞安全开发流程中的问题点进行分析，找出问题产生的原因。然后通过对流程的改进来解决B公司碰撞安全部门在汽车碰撞开发流程中存在的问题，制定较为合理的产品开发流程模型。最后通过实际案例对改进后的开发流程模型进行监测、评估，并提出持续改进设想。通过改进后的碰撞安全模型在V项目中的效果评估，认为改进后的碰撞安全开发模型可以有效解决使用原流程中出现的问题，不仅为B公司节省了大量的研发费用和研发周期，还从根本上为B公司的汽车碰撞安全开发提供了一条新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of vehicle industry in china, vehicle quality andperformance are getting increasingly significant to consumers. A survey shows thatvehicle consumers are putting safety，brand and appearance as the top3importantconsiderations when they are purchasing a car and a portion of42%of them deem thatsafety is the most important factor. Vehicle makers are highly valuing safetyperformance of their products as a response, however, in the meantime, vehicleproduct developing period is cut down by the severe competition of the market.Therefore, using process management method in vehicle safety performancedevelopment is inevitable.As the reducing of development cycle and rising amount of projects, issues fromvehicle safety development in B motor group are increasing significantly, which leadto the increasing of cost and delaying of product delivery. Even worse, the issueswould account for negative influence on the market. Therefore, a new way is neededin B motor group to resolve the issues.The concepts of BMP and management methods were introduced in this study toanalyze the problems in safety development process in B motor group, and found theroot causes of these problems. A new process module also was built via improving theoriginal process. Finally, the new process module was implemented to a new projectto value its effect.A conclusion was obtained by implement the new process module to V project:the new process module can effectively resolve the problem in vehicle safetydevelopment.
