DIS科学探究系统的新型设计

【摘要】 DIS (Digital Information System)直译为数字信息系统,是新一代的教学实验系统,是先进的电子技术、创新的科研理念与科教实验的实际需求相结合的产物,在各级教育科研阶段,对于扩展实验认知,具有极其广阔的应用前景,因此被更准确地定义为科学探究系统。本论文以研制新版DIS科学探究系统为项目背景,首先概述了DIS系统的发展现状及其系统组成,这些基础的背景知识有助于我们把握趋势,从而为此次的新型设计指明方向。接着,论文分析了旧版DIS科学探究系统的实现机理,并根据实际需求和开发经验,提出了需要升级优化的地方,进而分别给出了整个系统的硬件架构图和软件流程图,展示了系统的雏形。然后,论文介绍了系统各个部分比较详细的具体实现方案,主要内容分为下位机和上位机两部分,需要注意的是,本论文并不涉及上下位机之间的USB通信和以太网通信。新版DIS科学探究系统的下位机,其具体优化主要涉及硬件和软件两部分。其中,硬件优化的内容较多,主要包括:1、处理器升级,由ARM7平台的芯片,升级改用ARM9平台的AT91SAM9261芯片。2、改变显示屏的驱动方式,由AT91SAM9261通过片内的高级LCD-Control直接控制并驱动。3、针对下位机的数据存储,增加了对移动U盘的支持。4、通过SDIO驱动SD卡,读写速度得到显著提升。软件部分主要是添加了拼音输入法,介绍了其实现过程。新版DIS科学探究系统的上位机,主要指计算机平台的软件,不涉及计算机端的硬件。其优化主要包括:1、采用Visual Studio2008的开发平台,运用C++语言和最新的MFC类库,提升了软件性能并且易于维护。2、界面布局合理,运用多文档、视图、选项卡等技术,软件的操作更加友好。3、采用Measurement Studio8.6这一开发套件,加强了数据的显示和分析功能。4、借助Excel控件,拓展了计算表格的功能。5、软件功能划分更加清晰,主要包括数据采集、数据显示、文件上传、计算表格、组合图线、标定等。最后,完整测试了整个系统的各项功能,相关指标达到了此次设计规划的要求,其中,所测试的功能主要包括:实时采集、文件上传、计算表格、组合图线等,并着重介绍了各项功能在实际应用中的联系及配合使用,使得读者对于DIS科学探究系统的实际应用,有了更深一步的理解。当然,提升性能是我们进行升级优化的主要目的,但这并不是一套成熟设计方案的全部,我们还需要在用户体验、占用资源、处理能力、价格成本这几方面,把握好的平衡,根据制作过程和测试结果,我们有理由也有信心,使新版DIS科学探究系统成为一款极具有竞争力的产品。

【Abstract】 DIS (Digital Information System), a combination of advanced electronic technology, innovative concept and actual demand of scientific research, is a teaching experimental system of new generation. For its wide application prospects in expanding cognition in different stages of education and scientific researches, more accurately, it is defined as a system for scientific inquiry.Taking the development of new edition DIS as its project background, this thesis firstly gives an overview of the current situation of DIS and its system composition, which contributes to our grasp of trends, and further show direction to this new design.Then this thesis analyses the realizing mechanism of old edition DIS and proposes upgrades and optimization on the basis of actual need and developing experience. Then charts of hardware architecture and software flow are put forward, which demonstrates the rudiment of the system.Specific implementation schemes of each system parts are put forward in this thesis, mainly for lower and upper platforms. To be noticed, USB and Ethernet communication between upper and lower platforms are not involved in this thesis.The optimization of lower platform in new edition DIS mainly includes hardware and software. This thesis focuses on hardware optimization, mostly about:1、CPU upgrade, from chips on ARM7platform to AT91SAM9261chips on ARM9platform;2、alternation of the screen’s drive mode that is controlled and drove directly by advanced LCD-Control through AT91SAM9261;3、supporting portable USB flash disk considering to the data storage of lower platform,4、read-write speed is remarkably advanced thanks to SDIO’s driving SD card. Meanwhile, software optimization is mainly about pinyin input method.Upper platform in new edition DIS refers to software but not hardware in PC. The optimization of them mainly includes:1、adopting development platform of Visual Studio2008, C++Language and latest MFC class libraries to promote software performance and maintenance accessibility;2、 reasonable interface layout. Multi-document, multi-vision, multi-tab technology is adopted to make a friendlier software operation.3、Measurement Studio8.6is employed to enhance the ability of data display and analysis;4、Excel control is used to extend the function of computing sheet;5、a clearer software functional partitioning, mainly including data acquisition, data display, file upload, computing sheet, constitutional diagram and demarcation, etc.At last, a test of all the functions in the system is given, and the related index is in line with the demand of the planning and design. The functions includes:real-time collection, file upload, computing sheet, constitutional diagram, etc. this thesis lays emphasis on the relation and coordination of each function in practical application, which gives readers a further understanding of the actual application of DIS.Of course, our ultimate purpose of the upgrading and optimization is promoting performance. However, it is not all about a mature design scheme. The balance should be achieved in user experience, resource occupation, handling ability and price cost. Considering the manufacturing process and test results, we are reasonable to believe that new edition DIS will be a highly competitive product.
