【摘要】 水泥主要的用途是用在土木工程、建筑工程方面,是基础设施和工程建设的基础材料。近几年,中国经济发展迅猛,建筑市场对于水泥的需求与日俱增,水泥工业的发达程度也反映出了国民经济的发展程度。为解决水泥企业融资问题,规范水泥企业经营行为,降低信贷风险,建立科学的信用评价体系显得十分重要。信用评价理论自19世纪中后叶从美国开始发展,已建立了较为规范的评价体系和信用体系,并且随着经济的发展得到了进一步推进。信用,我们日常生活中用到最多的是指：能够履行诺言而取得的信任。因此,建立水泥市场信用评价体系而对水泥企业进行信用评价至关重要,以规范水泥企业的市场行为,构建水泥企业信用评价体系,增强企业的核心竞争力。这篇文章在阅读了国内外参考文献的基础上,阐述了研究背景和意义业信用评价的研究现状,介绍了企业信用评价的理论基础、信用的评价模型；建立水泥企业信用评价体系,通过对水泥企业自身特点,进行指标的选取,详述了企业信用评价指标体系的构建过程,并解释各指标的内涵；采用层次分析法对水泥企业的信用指标体系赋予权重；并利用模糊综合评价方法构建了水泥企业信用评价模型。对水泥企业的信用评价结果可以揭示水泥行业存在的风险,并为国家对水泥行业调控提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cement industry is an important basic industry of the national economy and is an important indicator of national economic and social development level and comprehensive strength. In recent years, with the development of the world’s cement industry accelerated, especially the more rapid development of China’s cement. In order to solve the financing problems of the cement companies, regulate the behavior of the cement business and reduce credit risk, the establishment of the scientific credit evaluation system is very important. After leaf from the United States since the19th century began to develop the credit evaluation theory has established a more standardized evaluation system and credit system, and further push forward with the economic development.Credit is the inevitable product of the socio-economic development which is the prerequisite and basis for the healthy operation of the market economy. Therefore, the establishment of the cement market in credit evaluation system of cement enterprise credit evaluation is essential to regulate the market behavior of the cement companies, and to enhance the core competitiveness of the cement companies, but also to promote the credit system construction process of the cement industry, thus promoting the community as a whole the credit system.on the basis of reading the references at home and abroad and on a credit rating in the background and significance of the industry status quo, the paper expounded the theoretical basis of the corporate credit rating, credit evaluation model; and it made up cement enterprise credit evaluation system of the cement companies its own characteristics, the selection of indicators, detailed enterprise credit evaluation index system build process, and explain the various indicators connotation; using the analytic hierarchy index system of cement enterprise credit given weight; fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build a cement enterprise credit evaluation model. Cement enterprise credit evaluation results can reveal the risk existed in cement industry, and also to provide a reference for the national cement industry regulation.更多还原
