以研发为核心的斐讯通信公司内部供应链管理研究

【摘要】 20世纪80年代出现供应链这一概念以来,供应链及供应链管理已经成为现代制造技术和现代管理理论中重要的组成部分,也成为了企业创造核心竞争力的有效途径,是企业掌握竞争优势的关键。上海斐讯数据通信技术有限公司(以下简称“斐讯通信”),是一家致力于网络通信设备研发、制造、销售的高新技术企业,随着公司研发技术水平的不断提高和业务规模的不断扩大,公司内部供应链管理出现了一系列弊端,以研发为重点的公司内部供应链各个环节相互牵制,极大地降低了整个流程的效率,成为阻碍公司发展的瓶颈。根据企业供应链现状,公司高层总结认为企业内部供应链存在的主要问题包括：(1)产品生命周期缩短,品种多、批量多、数量少的趋势明显；(2)库存积压、呆滞；(3)交货不及时；(4)新产品设计成本偏高；(5)信息反馈机制缺失。我们在文献回顾的基础上,对内部供应链市场、研发、采购、生产和销售等关键因素进行分析,发现斐讯通信内部供应链的关键是研发环节,它对于企业的生产成本以及整个内部供应链的效率都有着决定性的影响。据此,我们提出了以研发为核心的内部供应链管理,并且阐述了以研发为核心的内部供应链管理是必要的、有效的,实现这一理念需要从信息系统、业务流程和绩效考核3个方面入手。接着,我们介绍了斐讯通信公司的集成产品开发试行方案,阐述了实现以研发为核心的内部供应管理的可能途径和具体措施,其中详细介绍了跨部门的产品开发团队的建设和绩效考核体系,为解决斐讯通信公司的现实问题提供了参考和借鉴。最后,本文总结了研究成果和研究意义,并指出了文章的不足和未来可能的研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the concept of supply chain arose in1980s, supply chain and supply chain management have been important components of modern manufacture technology and modern theory of management. And they are also effective ways to creating core competence and grasping competitive advantage for firms.Shanghai Feixun Communication Co., Ltd. is a high and new tech enterprise which dedicates to R&D, manufacture and sales of network communication equipment. With the constant improvement of the company research and development technology and the continuous expansion of business, there are a series of drawbacks in internal supply chain management. Links of internal supply chain hamper each other so that greatly reduce the efficiency of the entire process, and they have become a bottleneck hindering the development of the company.According to the situation of the supply chain, senior officials of Feixun concluded that main problems of internal supply chain include:(1) The trend of short product life cycle, large varieties and batch numbers, small quantity is obvious;(2) Inventory backlog;(3) Delay in delivery of the goods;(4) High designed cost of new products;(5) Lack of information feedback mechanism. On the basis of literature review, we analyses the key factors of internal supply chain, such as market, R&D, procurement, manufacture and sales, and we find that R&D is the key in internal supply chain of Feixun and it has crucial effects on product costs and efficiency of internal supply chain. According to this, we put forward R&D as the core of internal supply chain management and expound that it is not only necessary but also effective for R&D as the core of internal supply chain management. And we deem that it should start with information systems, business processes and performance assessment to implement the concept.The next, we expounds possible and specific ways to R&D as the core of internal supply chain management by introducing the integration product development project of Feixun. In this part, the author introduces construction of product development team and system of performance assessment in details, which provides a valuable reference for solving the practical problems of Feixun. At last, this paper makes a summary of research fruits and significance, and it also points out the shortages and future research directions.更多还原
