外来务工人员子女在校社会排斥问题研究

【摘要】 对流动人口子女教育的社会排斥及影响最终将加剧群体分化与阶层封闭,不利于社会和谐与持续发展。此种社会排斥其原因在于资源限制、制度门槛、文化差异、思维偏见、对比适应、个性能力等方面,而所有原因都可以追溯到资源限制。本文在总结前人研究成果基础上,对相关概念进行了综述,并通过对实际案例的问卷调查和现场观察,发现这种排斥及影响呈现出年级差异、校类差异、性别差异。最后,本文提出了解决这一问题的对策,包括转变思维观念、促进经济发展、加大教育投入、创新教育支付、强化法律保障、完善学籍管理、优化办学模式、提升教学品质、增进校园融合、开展有效沟通、注重个性培养等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Social exclusion to the migrated people’s children on education and its effect would finally worsen population differentiation and social closure, thus leading to negative effect to society harmony and sustainable development. The cause of this phenomenon can be resource restriction, system block, culture difference, concept prejudice, contrast adaptation, personality and personal ability etc.. While all these reasons can be traced back to resource restriction. In this essay, by concluding previous achievements, explaining related concepts, carrying out questions investigation and spot observation, I found this exclusion and influence exists in forms of grade difference, school class differences and gender differences.In the end, this paper put forward the solutions, including transferring mode of thinking concept, promoting economic developing, investing more in education, making education payment innovative, strengthening legal protection, perfecting status management, improving school system, upgrading teaching quality, enhancing schoolyard integration, Carrying out effective communication, focusing on personality foster, etc..更多还原
