青少年社区矫正中警察角色研究

【摘要】 如今,我国社会经济正迅猛发展。随着民主法制的不断健全,社区矫正已成为刑罚制度的发展趋势。而在青少年犯罪形势日益严峻的今天,我国政府针对青少年犯罪的特殊性,适当扩大了青少年矫正的范围,加强司法力量以充分发挥其在矫正中的作用；公安机关作为打击、预防犯罪的强有力的专门机关,在青少年社区矫正工作中亦责无旁贷。由于警察在其中的角色定位,理论界和实务界均研究较少,笔者结合多年来的公安工作实践经验,拟对社区矫正的定位和目的进行分析、研究,据此确立警察与社区矫正之间密不可分的关系；然后从青少年社区矫正的现状入手,具体阐述青少年社区矫正存在的问题,对问题成因予以分析,从而确定警察在青少年社区矫正中的角色定位,并对今后警察参与青少年矫正工作提出自己的一些建议,希望能够以此推进青少年矫正工作的进一步创新与改革。更多还原

【Abstract】 Now, Chinese economy develops rapidly. With the constantly improving democracy and laws, community corrections has become the development trend of the penal system. The increasingly serious situation in the juvenile delinquency of today, in allusion to the particularity of juvenile delinquency.our government expand the range of juvenile correction and enhance judicial power to exert the correction platitudinously. Police as the technically department who beats and defends crime powerful is out of question with responsibility for the juvenile correction. Due to the police place their part in the correction, theorists and practitioners lack of research. The writer combine years of the police career experience, prepare to analyse and study the purpose of community corrections,hereby establish a close relationship between the police and community corrections. Then from the actuality of youth community corrections.expatiate the problems of juvenile commuity corrections.At the same time,analyse the reason of the problem.to determine the police’s place in the youth’s community corrections,and give some suggestions to the police who should deal with the corrections,hoping to advance the corrections much more innovative and reformational.更多还原
