【摘要】 经济全球化的趋势加剧了信息数字化、网络化的进程，人类社会阔步进入网络时代。网络以其独有的开放性、虚拟性、无序性、共享性等特征，对大学生的道德观念、价值取向和生活方式等方面产生了前所未有的冲击。在“微时代”的时代背景下，网络已成为高校开展德育工作的重要平台和载体，而大学生网络行为道德是否良好直接关系到高校网络德育工作实效性的强弱，对大学生的身心健康发展也有重要影响。文章的主体内容主要有五方面：绪论。主要介绍本文的研究背景、目的、意义及创新点。本文主要立足于“微时代”背景下的大学生网络行为道德问题，着眼于大学生网络行为道德规范建设，以大学生网络行为道德失范现象为起点，探讨大学生网络行为道德规范建设的重要意义。旨在探讨大学生网络行为道德规范建设的重要举措，保障大学生的身心健康发展。大学生网络行为道德现状。从正反两方面，阐述网络对大学生日常学习生活的影响，既包括积极的方面，也包含消极方面。在此基础上，阐述网络道德、网络道德失范等相关概念，厘清概念内涵。并进一步从各个方面阐述大学生网络行为道德规范的内容，为下文论述大学生网络行为道德失范存在的问题做铺垫。大学生网络行为道德失范产生的原因。文章从政府职能、高校德育、家庭教育及个人素质四个角度来探讨大学生网络行为道德失范现象背后的原因。政府监管不力，没有完善的网络法律体系是大学生网络行为道德失范行为产生的重要原因。高校网络德育与传统高校德育相比较，有其特殊性。加强高校网络道德规范建设，防范大学生网络行为道德失范现象的发生，必须准确把握高校网络德育的特点，在加强大学生自身道德建设的同时，从加强高校网络道德规范教育健全、完善网络道德规范建设两个层面阐述目前高校网络道德规范建设存在的问题，追寻原因，探讨对策。家庭教育难以深入，力所不及，及大学生自身素质较低也是其产生网络行为道德失范现象的重要原因。加强大学生网络行为道德规范建设的原则及途径。加强高校大学生网络行为道德规范建设必须坚持一定的原则，才能使网络道德规范建设保持正确的方向。根据前文大学生网络行为道德失范产生的原因，文章从政府、高校、家庭及提高个人素质四个层面来谈加强大学生网络行为道德规范建设。政府需建立健全网络立法工作，使大学生的网络行为有法可依，加强网络信息监管，清除不良网络信息，追究相关单位及个人失职责任，加大对网吧的监管力度，严厉打击“黑网吧”。加强高校德育需从高校德育队伍建设、高校大学生网络行为道德规范教育、高校网络道德规范教育内容及高校网络德育环境四个角度来将如何全面的加强网络道德规范建设，以期完善高校网络道德规范建设，有效解决大学生网络行为道德失范问题，提高高校德育工作有效性，保障大学生身心健康成长。家庭教育也是加强大学生网络行为道德规范的重要途径。个人道德素质的提高，必须十分关注大学生信息素养教育及大学生公共精神的培育，这是加强大学生网络行为道德规范建设的重要方面。结论。大学生网络行为失范现象的普遍存在，不仅对大学生的学习生活及身心健康发展是极为不利的，而且对高校教育教学活动的开展产生阻碍作用，因此，解决大学生网络失范问题必须加强大学生网络行为道德规范建设，从多种角度，全面把握大学生网络行为道德规范建设的方方面面，才能有效解决大学生网络失范问题带来的众多不良影响，保障大学生身心健康发展。大学生网络行为道德规范的确立，不仅为大学生的网络行为提供现实支撑，而且为大学生网络行为起到引导作用，能更好的提高高校德育工作有效性，减少大学生网络行为道德失范现象的产生，保障大学生身心健康成长。更多还原
