邯峰电厂挡风抑尘墙的应用研究

【摘要】 随着环保意识的增强,人们对于火电厂储煤场的扬尘污染越来越重视。挡风抑尘墙是一种在散料场应用于降低扬尘污染的环保产品。将挡风抑尘墙用于火电厂储煤场能够有效降低厂区周围扬尘污染,提高环境质量,提升企业形象。本文主要对邯峰电厂储煤场挡风抑尘墙工程方案进行了设计与说明,从技术分析、环境效益、社会效益和经济效益等四方面对该项目进行了综合评价。本文首先阐述了选题背景和意义,介绍了储煤场防尘以及挡风抑尘墙等相关的国内外研究现状。文中进一步对煤场的扬尘机理进行了理论分析,研究了影响煤场起尘的因素,主要从风力风速、煤粒特性、煤堆含水量以及空气湿度四个方面进行了论述。本文还介绍了挡风抑尘墙的作用机理,同时对挡风抑尘墙的组成部分分别做了详细说明,进而对影响抑尘效果的因素进行了研究,另外对挡风板和挡风墙的挡风抑尘的机理和性能的改善进行分析,为实际设计和建设挡风墙提供指导和建议。本文与此同时,针对邯峰电厂储煤场的污染现状进行了分析,进一步地,对邯峰电厂挡风抑尘墙项目的必要性与可行性进行了说明,在此基础上,本文又从自然环境和气象条件方面介绍了邯峰电厂挡风抑尘墙的工程概况。结合以上分析,参照相关法规与标准,对邯峰电厂储煤场的挡风抑尘墙进行了方案设计并对方案进行了综合评价。

【Abstract】 As environmental awareness increases, people pay more and more attention to dustpollution of coal yard in power plants. Wind proofing and dust suppressing wall is a kindof environmental protection product field in the bulk material used to reduce dustpollution. Wind proofing and dust suppressing wall for power plant coal storage yard caneffectively reduce dust pollution to improve environmental quality, and enhancecorporate image of thermal power enterprises.This paper focuses on the project plan of wind proofing and dust suppressing wallapplied in coal storage yard of Hanfeng power plant, and gives a comprehensiveevaluation to the entire project combing evaluation of technical, environmental, socialand economic benefits of the project. First, the background and significance of topicwere described, and the current situation related to domestic and foreign research of windproofing and dust suppressing wall for coal yard were introduced. In order to controlunderlying dust source, the paper discussed the mechanism of the coal field fromfour aspects of wind velocity, characteristics of coal particles, moisture and air humidity,and described mechanism and construction of wind proofing and dust suppressing wall,Thus, the effect of the factors affecting the dust were the paper explained respectively:the opening rate windshield, windshield shape, wind wall height. In addition, theimprovements of the wind proofing and dust suppressing wall were researched, and theguidance and advice for the actual design and construction of wind wall were proposedtoo. At the same time, this paper analyzed the present situation of pollution in coalstorage yard of Hanfeng power plant, and illustrated the necessity and feasibility of windproofing and dust suppressing wall. On this basis, the paper introduced the projectoverview of wind proofing and dust suppressing wall from the natural environment andweather conditions of Hanfeng power plant. Combination of the above analysis, thescheme of wind proofing and dust suppressing wall of Hanfeng power plant wasdesigned reference to the relevant regulations and standards. Combining technicalprogram projects, the environmental, social and economic benefits of the project wereevaluated respectively in this paper.
