TCR型静止无功补偿装置研究

【摘要】 随着国民经济的迅速增长,各种用电设备日益多样化,尤其是非线性负荷类的电力电子设备大量涌入电网,产生的无功功率对电网造成污染严重影响了电能质量。功率因数下降,母线电压的波动、闪变,并给电网输入大量的谐波。而静止无功补偿设备(SVC)可用来补偿系统无功,有效解决上述问题。本文通过研究动态稳态无功理论,建立FC+TCR型静止无功补偿器数学模型,进行相关参数计算并运用仿真软件对其建模仿真。本文工作按如下顺序展开:首先,对同步发电机,同步调相机和并联电容器等传统无功补偿装置以及静止无功补偿器(SVC)和静止无功发生器(SVG)补偿装置进行了介绍,分析了各自存在的优缺点。对动态无功补偿及无功补偿的方式方法进行了研究。其次,对TCR型、TSC型及TSC+TCR型静止无功补偿器的工作原理、运行方式进行了分析。对本文所研究的FC+TCR型静止无功补偿设备的TCR参数、晶闸管参数和FC滤波器参数的计算方法进行了研究,并以10kV变频试验站为研究背景设计了一台FC+TCR型无功补偿设备。最后,运用MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真软件对设计的模型进行仿真分析。分别以平衡负载和不平衡负载两种工况为研究背景对设计的无功补偿设备进行校验,其结果验证了模型的有效性。

【Abstract】 With the rapid growth of national economy, all sorts of electric equipment is becoming more andmore diversified, especially the non-linear power electronic devices. They generate reactive powerand pollute the power grid seriously. The power quality is influenced badly. They cause the powerfactor decreased, busbar voltage fluctuant and flicker, and make a large number of harmonic imputingthe power grid. The static var compensation device (SVC) can be used for compensating systemreactive power, solving the mentioned problems above effectively. This paper establishes FC+TCRtype of SVC mathematical model, calculates the relevant parameters based on static reactive powertheory and dynamic reactive power theory and examines the mathematical modal by using thesimulation software. The paper is narrated as the following order:First of all, the traditional reactive power compensator such as synchronous generator, synchronouscondenser, parallel capacitor and static var compensator (SVC) and static var generator (SVG) areintroduced, their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. The paper studies the steady statereactive power theory, the dynamic reactive power compensation theory and the methods of reactivecompensation.Secondly, the working principle and the operation mode of the TCR type, TSC type and TSC+TCR type static var compensator are analyzed. The paper which is doing research on FC+TCR typestatic var compensator studies the algorithm method for TCR parameters, thyristor calculationparameters and passive filter. Using the10kV frequency converter experiment station as background,the paper calculates the detail parameters and designs a FC+TCR type static var compensator.Finally, using the MATLAB/SIMULINK software as simulation platform, the paper designs themodel for the simulation analysis. It checks the design by working at two working conditionsrespectively such as the balance load condition and the unbalanced load condition. Through theanalysis of the results, we can verify the correctness and feasibility for the simulation model.
