三妙丸加减治疗湿热下注型HR-HPV持续感染的临床观察

【摘要】 目的：旨在通过观察三妙丸加减治疗湿热下注型HR-HPV感染的临床疗效,评价其疗效,以寻求一种有效治疗HR-HPV感染的中药组方,从而防治宫颈癌的发生。方法：选取符合纳入标准的宫颈湿热下注型HR-HPV持续感染患者30例,根据患者先后就诊顺序分为治疗组、阳性药物对照组,每个组收集病例15例。根据中医药治疗本病的特点,结合临床经验,将4周定为1个疗程,连续使用三个疗程后评价其疗效。观察两组病例治疗前后症状的改善情况,并通过HCⅡ检测的变化,进行治疗前后自身对比和两组间对照。结果：1、治疗前后,治疗组HPV转阴14例,阳性药物对照组HPV转阴5例,两组HPV转阴率比较无显著的统计学差异,但治疗组转阴率高于对照组。2、治疗前后,治疗组与阳性药物对照组总有效率分别为：治疗组痊愈率60%,有效率100%；对照组痊愈率26.7%,有效率86.7%。两组比较无显著的统计学差异。但治疗组痊愈率及总有效率皆高于对照组。结论：运用三妙丸加减治疗湿热下注型HR-HPV感染患者,临床疗效确切。此方不仅可以使患者的自觉带下和体征及舌脉等情况得到改善,还可以明显降低HPV病毒负荷量值,且安全可靠。
【Abstract】 Objective:the study was aimed at observing the clinical effect of treating damp-heat type CIN infected with HR-HPV, using SanMiao Pill, thus finding an effective way to treat CIN infected with HR-HPV, which can prevent the occurence of cervical cancer.Method:Select30patients which satisfy the standard of this study, according to the time for doctor divide them into2groups:treatment group and positive drug control group, each group contains15cases.Based on the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease,as well as clinical experience, choose4weeks as a course, evaluate its curative effect after using three consecutive period of treatment, symptoms of two groups of cases before and after treatment was observed, obesve the change of HC Ⅱ tests, compare the difference between the two groups.Results:1. after treatment,14cases in the treatment group the HPV turn negative,5cases turn negative in positive drug control group, the difference in two groups was not statistically significant.2, after treatment, the cure rate and effective rate in the treatment group and positive drug control group were respectively-the treatment group60%and100%; The control group26.7%and86.7%.the difference in two groups was not statistically significant.Conclusion:SanMiao Pill shows effective in treating damp-heat type CIN infected with HR-HPV, it can not only can make patients feel better in leucorrhea, as well as the improvement of pulse and tongue, but also significantly reduce the HPV virus load value,which is safe and reliable.
