【摘要】 IPD (Integrated Product Development)是集成产品开发的简称,是一套科学的研发管理体系,其内容着重于建立基于市场需求和核心技术及平台驱动的产品研发管理体系。通过引入PD可以实现研发过程的全面管理,提升企业的核心竞争力。首先,本文对国内外研发管理的理论研究(包括IPD),进行了系统梳理,以此作为本文研究的理论基础。第二,对奥拓电子研发管理的现状进行了深刻剖析,对研发管理的有效程度进行了科学分析,对涉及研发管理的研发创新模式、公司核心技术、研发质量保证、研发流程管理和研发团队建设等方面进行了全面分析,对相互制约与促进的逻辑关系进行了彻底梳理,从而针对现状提出奥拓电子研发管理存在的问题。第三,利用PEST、五力模型与SWOT等工具对奥拓电子的外部环境、行业环境、内部条件等进行分析,剖析奥拓电子在研发管理方面自身的优势与劣势以及外部环境所带来的机会与挑战。第四,基于现状分析、内外部环境与条件分析,对奥拓电子的研发管理体系进行科学设计,提出从组织架构、结构化流程、市场管理、研发流程管理、计划管理、质量管理、财务管理等几个方面全面构建研发管理体系。本文的研究有助于奥拓电子建立一套科学的研发管理体系、打造一支职业化的研发队伍,在日异月新的信息时代,减少研发投资失误,提高研发效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 IPD (Integrated Product Development) is an integrated product development for short, is a scientific research management system, based on its content focuses on building the core technology and market requirements and platform-driven product development management system. IPD can be achieved by introducing a comprehensive management development process, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.First, this paper studies the theory of domestic and foreign R&D management (including IPD), were systematically combing, as the theoretical basis of this study. Second, the status of R&D management AOTO a profound analysis of the effectiveness of R&D management conducted a scientific analysis, involving the development of research and innovation management mode, the company’s core technology research and development quality assurance, process management, R&D and R&D team building and other aspects of a comprehensive analysis of the constraints on mutual relations and the promotion of a thorough combing logic, which the company made against the status quo AOTO R&D management problem. Third, the use of PEST, five forces model and SWOT tools such as the AOTO’s external environment, the industry environment and internal conditions for analysis, analysis of opportunities for research and development management company AT own strengths and weaknesses and the external environment brought about by the challenge. Fourth, based on the situation analysis, analysis of internal and external environment and conditions, the company’s research and development for AOTO scientific management system design, made from the organizational structure, structured process, market management, development process management, project management, quality management, financial management, etc. build a comprehensive research and development management system in several ways.This study will help AOTO companies to establish a scientific research management system, to create a professional R&D team, the new moon day of the information age differences, reduce R&D investment mistakes, improve R&D efficiency.更多还原
