大洋富钴结壳中金属综合利用回收工艺研究

【摘要】 大洋富钻结壳熔炼合金浸出液中含有铜、锰、镍、钴、锌等,采用化学沉淀法对铜、锰、镍、钴选择性低,存在需要复杂溶解和沉淀作业、产品纯度低、成本高等缺点,限制了其应用范围。研究提高大洋富钴结壳各有价金属回收率、确定工艺流程、节能减排意义重大。本论文重点研究了大洋富钴结壳熔炼合金浸出溶液,全溶剂萃取分离和产品制取。通过试验确定了萃取分离各有价金属的次序,浸出液先用XD5460萃取铜,得到制取电积铜的合格溶液;萃取铜余液用P204萃取分离得到制取锰产品的合格溶液;萃锰余液用N235萃取分离得到制取钴产品的合格溶液;萃钴余液用P204富集镍,得到的镍溶液制取电积镍产品,萃镍余液返回合金浸出工序,整个流程不产出废液。在整个萃取分离过程中,各金属的直收率分别为:铜99.27%,锰99.66%,钴95.61%,镍98.66%;该工艺流程短、有价金属回收率高、无三废产出,环保高效。
【Abstract】 The leaching solution of alloy powder from reductive smelting ocean cobalt-rich crust contains Cu, Mn, Ni, Co and Zn, etc.. Chemical precipitation process has disadvantages such as low selectivity, complicated dissolution and precipitation operations, low products purity, and high cost. Hence its application was limited, and it’s significant to research how to improve recovery of valuable metals from ocean cobalt-rich crusts, determine suitable process flow, save energy and reduce emission.The solution was separated by solvent extraction, then products of Cu, Mn, Co, Ni could be obtained in this research. The solvent extraction order of valuable metals was detemined by tests:Cu was firstly extracted by XD5460from the leaching solution, and qualified electrodeposited copper solution could be got; then Mn was extracted by P204from the copper raffinate to obtain qualified solution for making Mn products; and Co was thirdly extracted by N235from the manganese raffinate, and qualified cobalt solution could be got for making Co products; Ni was extracted by P204from the cobalt raffinate at last to get qualified electrodeposited nickel solution, and the final raffinate was returned to the alloy powder leaching process. The recoveries of Cu, Mn, Co and Ni from solvent extraction process are99.27%,99.66%,95.61%and98.66%, respectively. It’s obvious that there’s no waste liquid in the whole process and the process has technological advantages such as short process, high recovery of valuable metals, high efficiency and environmental protection without Three Wastes.
