中学网络教学资源评价与推荐的应用研究

【摘要】 在世界教育信息化的推动下,教育信息化建设方面开始越来越重视优质资源的应用。在《十年规划》的发展任务中提到,通过建设、完善基础教育的数字资源,建设基础教育资源库,使得这些资源在基础教育一线的各所学校得到充分的使用,来改善基础教育的课堂教学效果;建设智能化教学环境,提供优质数字教育资源;同时强调推动教育资源进家庭,使得学生可以在家里进行网络学习。鉴于目前云课堂、微课、翻转课堂等新型的教学模式的出现,需要教学资源服务平台能提供更加完善的资源,师生需要选择各自课堂的教学资源,才能完成课程进度。那么促进个性化的资源服务的应用非常重要,它不仅促使教学方式和学习方式的改革,而且也能为建设智慧化的教学环境提供有利条件。随着信息技术与教育教学领域的深度结合,开放的或网络上的教学资源服务运用于课堂教学,为老师、学生们提供了多样的信息资源,为现代新型的教学模式和学习方式提供了有利条件,但是资源的评价机制尚未充分完善。市场调查中发现,教学资源服务平台存在教学资源超载、信息迷航的问题以及教学资源库的适用性不好、动态更新慢和可扩充性差等的问题。为了解决这些问题,我们需要建立规范的教学资源评价体系,对信息化资源进行管理。另外将资源推荐服务技术的各方面优势,充分地应用到教学资源服务平台上,以利于更好地为用户提供完整的教学资源,建设、开发个性化的资源服务平台。同时个性化推荐技术与中学网络教学资源的属性特征结合,可以有效地更新网络中的教学资源库的资源,解决资源实效性不够的问题。本论文重点是将现代的信息技术应用到中学网络教学资源评价体系,一来挖掘优质的教学资源,并促进对新资源的评价,二来通过评价项目的不同,为用户提供个性化的资源服务。首先通过借鉴、分析研究我国教育资源的评价规范,在针对不同类型的中学教学资源,组织和描述教学资源,再细化它们的评价指标,然后发挥个性化资源推荐服务技术的巨大优势,提出新型的网络教学资源评价模型,并用AHP方法评估该模型。本论文以信息技术教育资源网为例,介绍了中学网络教学资源网中的基于推荐技术的评价功能的实现;阐述了网络教学资源评价与推荐系统的总体设计,包括功能结构及流程、系统结构以及运行界面,集中运行测试该系统的有效性。
【Abstract】 Driven by the global informatization, more attention is paid to the application of high quality teaching resources for education informatization. As is mentioned in the China’s Ten Years Development Plan, the building and perfecting of the digital resources for the primary education and the constructing of an educational resource repository can enable us use these resources effectively and fully in all schools which provide basic but compulsory education and also can make the classroom teaching more effective. It also mentioned that we can create an intelligent teaching environment, provide high quality digital teaching resources with an stress on the family’s access to these online resources to enable students study through the Internet at home. In addition, due to the emergence of some new teaching models such as clouds classroom, mini classroom and flipped classroom, teaching resource service platforms need to provide better resources because teachers and students need to select their respective learning resources to complete the course schedules. Therefore, it is necessary to develop personalized resources service application which not only can reform the teaching methods and learning methods but also can facilitate an intelligent teaching environment.With the deeply integration of IT and education, more open online teaching resources have been applied in classroom instruction to provide teachers and students with plentiful information resources. But because of the lack of effective evaluation standard for teaching resources, it is difficult to select appropriate teaching resources for users. Market research have found that there exist many problems in current teaching resource service system, such as teaching resource overloading, information disorientation, bad adaptability of the teaching resource database, slow updating, and poor scalability.In order to solve these problems, we need to establish a standard evaluation system of teaching resources to manage teaching resources. And the recommendation technology of teaching resources will make it better to provide users with high quality teaching resources. We combine the technology with the characteristics of the online teaching resources so as to update the teaching resources more effectively.This paper focuses on the application of IT into online teaching resource evaluation system of the middle school. By doing this, we can first dig the better teaching resources and facilitate evaluate these new teaching resources; secondly we can provide personalized service for users according to evaluation results of the different teaching resource. By analyzing the evaluation standards of teaching resources, we can not only organize and describe all kinds of the middle school teaching resources, but also detail the evaluation standards. What’s more, by giving full play to the personalized resource recommendation technology, we design and analyze a new evaluation model of online teaching resources, which is assessed with AHP method.This paper aims to introduce the online teaching resources evaluation function for the middle school in which personalized recommendation technology is used. It covers the general design of the online teaching resource evaluation and recommendation system, including the functional structure and process, the system structure and operation interface. Based on the system design, this article is concerned with the effectiveness of the online teaching resources system.
