叠合空心板式剪力墙受力性能有限元分析

【摘要】 叠合空心板式剪力墙结构是预制装配式钢筋混凝土结构的一种,叠合空心板式剪力墙结合了全现浇墙板和预制墙板的双重优点,具有良好的整体性、抗震性能、工期短、节约建材。预制装配式钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构由于可以实现工业化生产,契合我国目前建筑产业化的发展思路,是我国剪力墙结构研究的一个趋势。叠合空心板式剪力墙的主要受力构件空心板在工厂预制,机械化程度高,专业技术熟练,构件的质量可以得到有效保证,而且空心板的模板可以重复使用,节约了三材,在工厂提前制作可有效缩短工期。空心板可以配合各截面受力情况,采用不同强度的材料,提高了构件的安全性。本文中的叠合空心板式剪力墙板作为叠合空心板式结构体系的剪力墙使用,而目前装配式结构的墙体都为预制实心墙板或是实心板叠合墙体,本文中的叠合空心板式剪力墙使用空心板作为一种新型的预制构件,填补了研究空白。针对叠合空心板式剪力墙板和全现浇钢筋混凝土剪力墙板的受力性能进行了非线性理论分析。主要研究内容如下:1.介绍叠合空心板式剪力墙结构体系,在墙板与墙板之间的连结方式上提出一种新型的结合体。2.建立了叠合空心板式剪力墙板的有限元模型和全现浇钢筋混凝土剪力墙板的有限元模型,分析了两种墙板抗压性能、变形性能以及裂缝分布形态。3.对比分析了叠合空心板式剪力墙板和全现浇钢筋混凝土剪力墙板的受力性能,分析二者受力性能的异同及影响因素。4.通过对叠合空心板式剪力墙板和全现浇钢筋混凝土剪力墙板在不同轴向力下进行水平荷载逐级加载,分析了两种墙板的在受力性能方面的差异。对两种墙板做了经济分析对比。本文研究了全现浇钢筋混凝土剪力墙板和叠合空心板式剪力墙板中,钢筋混凝土结构的应力及应变变化、影响其受力工作特性的因素,并进一步探讨了叠合空心板式剪力墙板的结构性能。

【Abstract】 Composite hollow plate shear wall structure is a prefabricated reinforcedconcrete structure,Composite hollow plate shear wall combines the dual advantagesof full-cast wall panels and prefabricated wall panels, which has good integrity,seismic performance, short duration, and save building materials. Prefabricatedreinforced concrete shear wall structure can be achieved from industrial production,which fit the current construction industry development ideas, and it is a researchtrend of shear wall structure in China. The main hollow plate elements of compositehollow plate shear wall structure are prefabricated in the factory, which is under highdegree of mechanization and professional skills, so the quality of components can beeffectively guaranteed. The duration of the production can be effectively shortened inadvance. And the templates can be reused, saving three materials. Hollow-section canbe used with the forces of each material, and the use of different intensity canimprove the safety of components. Herein composite hollow plate shear wall panels isused as a composite hollow plate shear wall structure system, but the current structureof the wall assembly are solid precast wall panels or laminated solid board, hereincomposite hollow plate shear walls using hollow as a new precast fill the researchgaps. The nonlinear theoretical analysis of the mechanical properties is done towardscomposite hollow plate shear wall panels and full-situ reinforced concrete shear walls.The main contents are as follows:1.Composite hollow plate shear wall structure is introduced, a new combinationbetween the walls is put forward.2.The finite element models of composite hollow plate shear walls and full-situreinforced concrete shear walls are established, compression performance,deformation properties and crack distribution pattern of the two walls are analyzed.3.Comparative analysis of the mechanical properties of composite hollow plateshear wall panels and full-situ reinforced concrete shear walls is done, analyzing thesimilarities and differences of the performance between the two walls.4.With the horizontal load progressively being loaded at the same axial force, thedifferences between mechanical performances of the two walls are analyzed. And thecomparative economic analysis is done.Changes in stress and strain of reinforced concrete structures, factors affectingthe operating characteristics of the force in the two walls are studied in the paper, thestructural properties of composite hollow plate shear walls are further explored.
