小学德育存在的问题与对策研究

【摘要】 小学教育担负着推进民族振兴、向社会输送全面发展的人才的重要使命。在信息化全球化背景下，原有的小学德育体制和德育模式已经不适合时代发展的需求，因此，对小学德育的合理化、科学化、高效化建设刻不容缓。本文从多方面指出了其中所显现的问题，深入探索小学德育存在的不足和原因，提出可行性策略方案，以促进小学德育的健康发展。全文共分三部分：第一部分：概述部分。首先对小学德育的内涵进行概念明晰，阐明了本文的研究意义，介绍了本文的主要研究方法。第二部分：提出问题。主要包括两个方面：一是分析小学生德育存在的主要问题，二是对小学德育存在问题原因的剖析。第三部分：解决问题。本部分是论文的重点。着重从克服认识误区、优化课堂教学、加强教师队伍建设、净化社会环境等四个方面进行论述，就如何提高小学德育的针对性和有效性提出解决性对策，以期实现小学德育的科学发展。
【Abstract】 Primary education shoulders the important mission of promoting national rejuvenation andconveying comprehensively developed personnel to the society. In the context of informationglobalization， the original moral education system and moral education model of primaryeducation is not suitable for the needs of the times any longer； and it is imperative to build akind of rational， scientific， and efficient primary moral education. This paper points out someevident problems in the primary moral education in many ways，makes an in-depth explorationof the deficiencies in the primary moral education and their causes， and puts forward feasiblestrategic plans to promote the healthy development of the primary education. This paper isdivided into three parts. The first part is an overview part， which conceptually clarifies theconnotation of the primary moral education， elaborates the research significance of this paper，and introduces the major research methods of this paper； the second part raises questions，mainly divided into two sections， the first of which analyzes the main problems existing in theprimary moral education， and the latter of which dissects their causes； the final part resolvesthe problems， which is the key of the paper. the final part resolves the problems， which is thekey of the paper. This part discusses with the emphasis put on such four aspects as stressingprimary moral education, optimizing classroom teaching， strengthening the building of theteachers team and forming common understanding moral education integrating family,society, and school，and puts forward countermeasures aiming at improving the relevance andeffectiveness of primary moral education， so as to realize the scientific development ofprimary moral education.
