基于UC3846的开关电源核心控制电路设计

【摘要】 随着社会的发展,电子类产品已经深入到每个人的日常生活当中,而电子产品又都离不开各式各样的电源。目前,开关电源尤其是电压控制型开关电源在电子产品中应用最为广泛,但是它有自身的缺陷,如稳定性不好,响应速度慢,寿命短,甚至在大功率应用时,信号变化大会产生干扰,造成功率管损坏等故障。对于一个既实用又稳定可靠的开关电源,其核心控制电路模块是整个开关电源能够真正达到稳定可靠的关键所在。论文采用双端输出的电流型控制芯片UC3846作为本设计开关电源的核心控制器。通过对峰值电流控制模式进行分析和计算,利用电流控制模式进行外环电压信号采样和内环电流信号采样,通过简单而有效的斜率补偿电路和驱动电路,可实现电路的过流保护,磁通平衡,负载调整率等,具有动态响应速度快和内环电流环工作稳定特点。通过实验表明,基于UC3846的开关电源核心控制电路具有很好的稳定性和可靠性。
【Abstract】 With the development of society, electronic products have been deep into the lives of everyone, and electronic products are inseparable from the corresponding kinds of power. Voltage control type switching power supply in all kinds of electronic products is extensive, but the voltage control type switching power supply has its own shortcomings, such as poor stability, response speed can not keep up requirements, short life, even in high-power the application changes, signal interference caused the failure of the power tube damage. Both practical and reliable switching power supply, the need for core control circuit module the entire switching power supply can really achieve reliable key.The design uses a double-ended output current control chip UC3846, as relatively stable core of the switching power supply controller. By analysis and calculation of the peak current control mode, and the current control mode the outer voltage signal sampling and the inner current signal samples as well as a simple and effective slope compensation circuit and a driver circuit, over current protection circuit, the magnetic pass balance, load regulation and dynamic response of a high speed, the inner loop current loop stability. Finally, according to the experimental results show that, the based on UC3846core of switching power supply control circuit having a good stability and reliability.
