基于WinCE的嵌入式数控系统软件关键技术研究

【摘要】 数控系统是数控机床技术的核心。传统的数控系统是一个封闭体系的结构系统,其通用性差、难移植性且无法实现网络化管理;而基于通用PC数控技术也存在系统资源无法充分利用、硬件结构无法很好地满足实时性要求、没有现成的数控系统硬件模块等问题。针对上述问题,提出对基于WindowsCE的嵌入式系统关键技术进行研究。利用其集成度高、体积小、易扩展等特点,开发一款具有自主知识产权的嵌入式数控系统,以满足实时性和通用性要求。并在系统中加入错误检查与实时仿真功能,使系统操作方便和具有可视化。论文主要研究内容包括:1.对嵌入式数控系统的功能需求进行分析,确定其系统的总体架构。为满足数控系统多任务、强实时的要求,对数控系统的硬件平台进行设计,并对上下位控制器进行选型。针对其需实现的各项功能设计专门的数控系统软件系统,并完成了对应软件系统的开发。2.设计译码模块和刀具补偿模块。采用编译的方式实现对数控程序进行译码,调用译码模块中的错误检查模块对读入的数控程序进行分离和词法、语法的检查,并针对复杂的数控程序中调用子程序的情况设计相应的子程序错误与译码模块,以扩展软件的处理能力;刀补模块使用平面C功能刀补算法对实际加工中所遇到的轮廓偏移进行计算,简化加工程序的编写。3.通过实例验证开发的数控系统译码与刀补模块。论文结尾部分对本数控系统存在的问题进行总结,并提出其需改进与完善的工作。
【Abstract】 CNC system is the core technology of NC machine. The traditional numerical control system is a closed system, its generality is poor, difficult to transplant and unable to realize network management. The CNC technology base on general PC also also involved in some problems, such as system resources can not be fully utilized, hardware can’t well meet the real-time requirements and no ready-made CNC system hardware modules, etc.Address the above problems, this paper did the research on key technologies of based on WindowsCE embedded system, using its high integration, small size, easy to expand and so on, developed a proprietary embedded CNC system, to meet the requirements of real-time and versatility. And added to the system error checking and real-time simulation capabilities, make it easy to operate and visualization. This study is going to cover four key aspects:1. Make functional requirements analysis of embedded numerical control system to determine its general framework. To meet requirement of multi-task and strong real-time, the author designed hardware platform and selected upper and lower digital controller for CNC system. In order to achieve the functional designed specifically CNC system software system, and completed it.2. Design decode module and tool compensation module. Decode module used the compile way to decode NC program, calls error checking module reads NC program for separation and check the NC program morphology and syntax. For complex NC program design appropriate subprogram error checking and decode modules to extend the software’s capabilities. Cutter compensation module use C function tool compensation algorithm encountered in actual machining contour offset calculations, simplifying procedures for the preparation.3. Examples validate the development of numerical control system decoder and cutter compensation module.At the end of thesis summarize the problems involved in CNC system and further improvement forthe future work is presented.
