交流伺服永磁同步电机机械性能测试系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 近年来,计算机软件与传感技术相结合已成为电机自动测试系统发展的新途径。近代电子技术的迅速发展又为提高电机试验精度和速度、进行电机特性测试及采用新的测试方法提供了可能性,进一步推动电机测试技术的发展。在这种发展背景下,本文针对单个交流伺服永磁同步电机机械性能测试,提出基于LabVIEW软件开发平台的模块化交流伺服永磁同步电机机械性能测试系统。该测试系统以PC机为主控单元,采用PCI数据采集卡,以LabVIEW软件为开发平台完成系统搭建和设计。论文主要内容包括:第一,对测试系统整体方案进行分析设计,其中主要包括电机转速转矩的测量原理及其曲线绘制方法、硬件和软件平台整体方案分析与设计。第二,对硬件平台设计,其中主要包括机械传动结构设计和测试平台支架设计等。第三,在LabVIEW软件平台上进行测试系统程序设计、编写和调试,主要包括测试系统主界面设计、电机转速和磁粉制动器控制程序设计、数据采集、处理、实现显示及保存程序设计等。第四,测试平台的安装和调试,以及使用该测试平台对交流伺服永磁同步电机进行转速、转矩测试试验,结果表明该系统可以比较准确测得交流永磁同步伺服电机的转速、转矩等重要参数曲线。
【Abstract】 The combination of computer software and the sensing technology has become a new way of development of motor automatic test system in recent years. What’s more, the rapid development of modern electronic technology provides a possibility to using the new test method to improve precision and speed of the motor characteristics test. And it also further promotes the development of motor testing technology. Under the background of the development, this paper proposed a modularity mechanical characteristic test system for a single AC servo permanent magnet synchronous motor testing based on Lab VIEW software development platform. The test system use PC as main control unit and use PCI data acquisition card to collect the data. This paper complete the structures designing of the system in Lab VIEW software development platform. The main contents include:Firstly, analysis and design of testing system overall scheme, Mainly including the measurement principles of motor speed and torque, and the curve drawing method. Analysis and design the overall scheme of hardware and software platform.Secondly, The hardware platform design, mainly including the design of the mechanical transmission structure and test platform support.Thirdly, design and debug the test system software program in the LabVIEW software platform. Mainly include that main interface design and motor revolving speed and magnetic powder brake control program design. In addition, it also including the program designing of data acquisiting, processing, display and saving.Fourthly, the test platform installation and debugging, and using the test platform of ac servo permanent magnet synchronous motor to complete revolving speed, torque test experiment. The results show that the system can be accurately measured motor revolving speed and torque.other important parameters of ac permanent magnet synchronous servo and parametric curve plotted.
