【摘要】 随着社会经济不断发展，旅游业也逐渐成为一种生命力旺盛的经济发展形式。主题公园是现代旅游业为了满足游客休闲娱乐需求而修建的人为的游乐项目，深得大众的喜爱，是旅游活动的重要组成部分。经历了20多年的发展，中国的主题公园累计达到2500个。虽然发展速度快，但大多数经营不善，处于亏损状态中。在上述背景下，本文欲借鉴国外迪士尼主题公园的一些成熟的经验来促进我国主题公园旅游业的持续健康发展。本章第一部分首先介绍了文章的研究意义，研究方法，及每部分的研究思路。第二部分介绍了国外主题公园的研究成果。作者从主题公园的发展过程，主题公园的地理位置，和区域经济发展的关系，与消费者行为研究综述国外主题公园的四个方面的关系；国内主题公园的研究，主要从概念导入，反思问题，指导研究三个阶段进行研究。国外对于主题公园多是从微观角度进行分析研究。其更加重视主题公园组成和发展的各个细节要素，并对这些要素进行评估分析。国内对于主题公园多是从宏观角度进行分析研究。同时，国内对主题公园的研究已经逐渐向多角度、多方面而且实用性转化，学科理论体系也在不断的完善。第三部分，是对于主题公园的一般性研究。主要包括主题公园的概念，主题公园的分类，及主题公园的特点。主题公园具有高投资，高风险，运用高科技手段，产品精致化，及生命周期需要不断创新等特点。第四部分是国内国外主题公园的发展现状进行分析。对于国外主题公园的发展现状，笔者分析了美国，欧洲，亚洲和发展现状，主题公园产业的发展规模和管理模式。对于国内主题公园发展，笔者回顾了中国主题公园的发展过程，并总结出各阶段主题公园的不同特点。第五部分从实例的角度，介绍了美国奥兰多迪士尼主题公园的发展现状，奥兰多迪士尼主题公园的产品特点及其投资管理模式。并总结出美国奥兰多主题公园的成功经验在于：其区位优势明显，注重规模效应；市场地位宽泛，注重游客参与互动；高科技做坚实后盾；创造细微化、优质化的服务；注重项目独立创新性及时更新项目；扩充产业链，筹资多样化涉足房地产的开发等。第六部分，笔者根据美国迪士尼发展的成功经验，结合我国主题公园发展的实际情况和不足，提出了国外主题公园成功发展经验对我国主题公园旅游业的发展启示。我国持续健康发展的主题公园，必须学习国外主题公园的成功经验。最后，笔者提出了对于我国主题公园发展的展望及对于本文的总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of social economy, tourism gradually becomes a vigorouseconomic development form. Theme park is a group of man-made entertainment attractions,and other events in a location for the enjoyment of large numbers of people. It is an importantpart of tourism activities. After20years of development, the number of theme parks in Chinahas increased to2500. With the rapid development, however, most of parks experienced a badmanagement and at a loss state. Under such circumstances, this paper will borrow somesuccessful experiences of Disney Theme Park in Orlando to promote the sustained andhealthy development of China’s theme park tourism. The first part of this paper illustrated theresearch significance, research methods, and research ideas for each section of the article.The second part introduced the research of the aboard theme parks in four aspects-thedevelopment of the theme parks, theme park location, regional economic development, andconsumer behaviors. Then the author studied some case of domestic theme parks, primarilythrough the conception import, problem reflection and research directing. Research of abroadtheme parks are mostly from a microscopic point of view. They attach more importance to thedetails, such as the composition and development of parks and they evaluate and analyzethese details, either. In China, on the other hand, the research is mostly from a macroperspective. Recently, the domestic research has gradually experienced a change to be morepractical, multi-angle and multi-faceted. Meanwhile, the theoretical system of this disciplinehas been improved constantly.The third part deals with a general study of the theme park including the conception oftheme parks, the classifications of theme parks and the features of theme parks. Theme parkface to high investment and high risk. And it adopts advance technology to refine and updateits product, their life cycle requires constant innovation and so on. The fourth part is toanalyze current development of domestic and abroad theme parks. To the development ofaboard theme parks, the author analyzes the development of theme park in the United States,Europe and Asia as well as their development scale and management model. For domestictheme park development, the author reviewed the development process of China’s themeparks, and summed up the different characteristics of each stage of the theme park. Throughthe case studies, the fifth part further introduced the development of the Disney theme parksin Orlando, its product characteristics and investment management model. Also it summarized the successful experience of Orlando theme park: the geographical advantages,the focus on scale effect；Abroad market position, the on visitors interaction；High tech assolid foundation, detail-cared and high-quality service；The focus on independent innovationprojects, in-time updates the industrial chain expansion, diversification of financing and realestate investment. In part six, the author based on the successful development of the Disneyexperience, combined with the actual situation and the disadvantage of the Chinese themepark development, It provides us the successful development experience of aboard themeparks and their inspiration to Chinese theme parks. For the better sustainable and healthydevelopment of China’s theme parks, we must learn from the successful experience of abroadtheme parks. Finally, the authors summarized this article and present the prospect of theresearch.更多还原
