CRH2型动车组轮对检修限度及检修工艺过程研究

【摘要】 随着我国高速动车组在全路的广泛运用,车辆检修成为各路局和动车组检修基地的重要任务,检修限度是确定车辆各零部件是否检修的重要依据。轮对检修是动车组各级检修中的重要组成部分,为保证车辆检修的顺利开展,充分保证动车组的安全运行,需要研究动车组轮对的检修限度与检修工艺。本文以CRH2型高速动车组为研究对象,运用多体动力学仿真软件SIMPACK建立了车辆模型,基于动车组的动力学性能参数的变化规律,研究了踏面磨耗对车辆动力学性能的影响规律。通过统计分析车辆安全性指标、平稳性指标、磨耗功率以及轮轨作用力等参数,根据相应动力学标准,确定了CRH2型动车组轮对踏面磨耗的检修限度。通过对北京铁路局动车段实地调研,分析了其现有轮对检修工艺过程的缺点和问题,根据检修限度的研究,提出了检修工艺过程的优化方案,经优化的轮对检修工艺过程方案可以保证轮对检修效率和检修质量,具有实际推广应用的价值。本文在分析轮对踏面磨耗检修限度方面,具有一定的参考意义;在轮对检修工艺过程的优化方面,具有一定的实际应用价值。

【Abstract】 The vehicle maintenance has gradually become priority task for railway administrations and EMU overhaul bases with the widely using of high speed multiple units in railway network, maintenance limit is the important basis to determine whether the vehicle components need to be repaired. Maintenance of the wheelset is an important part in all levels of EMU overhaul, research on its maintenance limits and technology is needed to ensure the conduct of the vehicle maintenance and the safety operation of EMU.In this dissertation, high speed multiple units of CRH2is chosen as the research subject. After the dynamic model was built by the CAE software SIMPACK, the influence of tread wear on EMU dynamics is analyzed due to the variation of its dynamic parameters. According to the dynamic standards, the maintenance limit of tread wear is proposed by statistical analyzing of safety index, stability index, wear power and wheel-rail force. After the spot investigation in the EMU overhaul basis of Beijing Railway Administration, the shortcomings and problems in its maintenance technology are comprehensively analyzed, and an optimization scheme is presented which partly based on the conclusion of maintenance limits. The final scheme can be widely promoted and applied since it could guarantee the efficiency and quality of vehicle maintenance.There are academic values in the aspect of analyzing the tread wear maintenance limit, and practical values in the optimization of the maintenance technology.
