【摘要】 奶牛乳房炎一直是影响奶牛业生产与饲养过程最严重的疾病之一,很难防控和治愈,并极易复发是目前面临的最棘手问题。而且在使用西药的过程中抗生素的残留、耐药性等都是亟待解决的问题,前期研究中,治疗奶牛乳房炎的蒙兽药复方因其具备的无毒副作用、无抗生素残留、无耐药性等优点,是亟待发展的治疗新方法。为此,在同期研究中,在筛选出抗菌成分复方与抗炎免疫成分复方的基础上,进一步用这两个复方的成分,通过正交法筛选出既有抑菌又有抗炎免疫作用的蒙药成分复方,通过乳头管注射对奶牛乳房炎进行治疗,其主要实验结果如下：1.以体外抑菌与小鼠体内抗菌保护率效果为指标,采用正交法筛选出既有抑菌又有抗炎免疫效果的蒙药成分复方。2.流式细胞术检测血液白细胞的研究结果：蒙药成分复方能显著提高CD3+T细胞含量、CD4+/CD8+T细胞比值、CD21+B含量。3.激素、细胞因子酶检测结果显示：蒙药复方可以显著提高血液中ATCH、CORT、 E、IL-1β、IgG、NAGase含量。4.蒙兽药成分复方可以减少牛奶体细胞数。5.蒙兽药成分蒙方可以减少血液中白细胞数量。说明所筛选出的蒙药成分复方可通过提高奶牛机体的免疫水平达到治疗目的。结论：蒙药复方有效成分复方对奶牛乳房炎有显著治疗效果,并且可以提高奶牛的免疫力更多还原

【Abstract】 Mastitis in dairy cows has been claimed as one of the most obstinate disease in the cow production,as well as in the clinical treatment. Treatment difficulties and recurrence were the most challenging problems in current stageWestern medicines have been using as a treatment, however, the residue for the antibiotic, chance of recurrence, drug resistance, and etc. are the problems urgently to be solved. Mongolian veterinary drug as new method with no toxic side effects, no chemical residue,and no drug residence needs to be well developed. Over the same period,on the base of screening out the antibacterial compound and anti-inflammatory ingredient compound.Screening out ingredient compound of Mongolian medcine with either antibacterial or anti-inflammatory through the method of orthogonal.To deal with the mastitis through injection of pipe of papilla,main experiments are conducted:1. Regard the antibacterial in vitro and anti-inflammatory immune as the index, screen out the ingredient compound of Mongolian medcine with either antibacterial or anti-inflammatory through the method of orthogonal.2. Detect the blood leukocytes using flow cytometry show that ingredient compound of Mongolian medcine can improve the rate of CD3+T;CD4+/CD8+T; CD21+B obvious.3. The result of hormone and cytokines using elisa show that Mongolian compound can improve the content of ATCH; CORT; E; IL-1β; IgG; NAGase obvious.4. Ingredient compound of Mongolian medcine can decrease the amount of SCC.5. Ingredient compound of Mongolian medcine can decrease the leukocyte of blood.Show that ingredient compound of Mongolian medcine can cure cow mastitis through improving the immune of the cow.Conclusion:Ingredient compound of Mongolian medcine could cure the mastitis effective, and can improve the immunity of the cow.更多还原
