【摘要】 马铃薯种植业的发展极大加快了乌兰察布市经济提升速度,也是目前乌兰察布市经济发展的核心政策。在种植马铃薯的过程中,虽然在各方面有了很大的提升并且获得了一定的成就,但是在这过程中,依旧有很多问题出现。此文对乌兰察布市种植马铃薯的经济利润与现状分析,发现生产信息价格上升,种植马铃薯的效率显著下降,导致农民对马铃薯的种植失去了信心；同时,马铃薯种植的科学技术利用率低,难以得到较好的发展和推广。基础设施的不完善,产生的过多的浪费。此外,由于经济市场发展变动较大,政府难以适时的提出相应的对策,引导能力较弱。最后,还存在种薯储窖建设不全面等问题。在与小麦、莜麦等当地农作物进行对比分析,直观分析出马铃薯种植业前景的可行性。分析以上存在的问题提出想要加快马铃薯种植业发展的进程,政府必须加强扶持的力度,积极配合农户的生产,适时出台有效的实施惠农政策。此外,推进农业基础设施的建立和完善,引进全新的科学技术并大力推广,从而提升农业科技水平。同时,建立全面的政府引导体系,能够更稳定的把握变化多端的市场。最后,可以提出更多的提升马铃薯储藏水平等解决措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The potato planting industry development has accelerated the speed of economic increase of ulanchap, wulanchabu city is now the core of economic development policy. In the process of planting potato, although in various aspects have made a lot of ascension and obtained some achievements, but in the process, still have a lot of problems appear.Based on the concrete analysis of ulanchap potato planting status and obtain economic benefits, a detailed analysis of the current of ulanchap potato planting industry is still the problem:due to the material production costs rise, led to a growing rate dropped significantly, enthusiasm is low. At the same time, the potato planting of science and technology utilization rate is low, it is difficult to get a better development and promotion. Infrastructure is not perfect, too much waste. In addition, due to large changes in the market and economic development, the government is difficult to timely put forward the corresponding countermeasure, guiding ability is weak. Finally, there are kinds of potato storage pit construction problems such as incomplete. With comparing the local crops such as wheat, naked oats, intuitive analysis of the feasibility of the potato crop prospects.
