基于油中溶解气体分析的变压器在线监测与故障诊断

【摘要】 变压器作为电力系统最主要的供电设备,其可靠运行程度直接影响到电力系统的安全运行水平。变压器油中溶解气体在线监测可以克服常规油色谱分析的不足,直接在变压器现场实现油色谱的在线智能化监测与故障诊断。这不仅可以实时掌握变压器的运行状况,发现和跟踪存在的潜伏性故障,及时运用在线监测系统对故障自动进行诊断,还可以降低常规油色谱分析法的误差,提高故障诊断的可靠性,并能在主控室对变压器的油色谱分析进行巡回在线监测,实现整台变压器运行工况的在线智能化监测与故障诊断。本文论述了变压器在线监测及故障诊断的重要意义和国内外的研究现状及发展趋势,分析了变压器油中溶解气体的产生原理,产生过程及溶解机理,综合分析了变压器内部故障与油中溶解气体的关系及判别方法,论述了基于DGA技术的变压器故障诊断原理及故障诊断常用方法,确定采用改良型三比值法进行电力变压器故障诊断分析。随后分析了晋城电网变压器油色谱在线监测装置总体应用情况,对存在的问题提出了相应的改进措施。结合课题研究,在晋城北义城变电站成功安装实施了中分3000变压器油中溶解气体在线监测系统,实现了对变压器油中CH4、C2H2、C2H4、C2H6、H2、CO、CO2七种气体及总烃的在线监测及故障诊断,通过对大量运行数据分析证明,中分3000变压器油色谱在线监测系统安装方便,监测数据准确,可信度高,能够满足实时在线监测变压器的运行状况的要求,为山西晋城供电公司在线监控变压器运行状况提供实时、可靠的数据,提升了变压器管理技术水平。最后分析了在线监测系统的推广应用前景。
【Abstract】 The reliability of transformer operation, which is the main power supply equipment of the power system, is directly related to the safe operation of the power system grid.Transformer oil dissolved gas line monitoring can overcome the lack of chromatographic analysis of conventional oil, oil chromatography directly at the transformer site online intelligent monitoring and fault diagnosis. This is not only real-time operation of transformers, discover and track the presence of latent failure, timely use of online monitoring system automatic fault diagnosis, conventional oil chromatography can also reduce errors, improve the reliability of fault diagnosis, and chromatographic Analysis of Oil in the main control room of the main transformer substation each tour online monitoring, online intelligent monitoring and diagnosis of the operating condition of the entire transformer.This article discusses the significance of the transformer on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis and domestic and foreign research status and development trend analysis of the principle of transformer oil dissolved gas generation, the generation process and dissolution mechanism, a comprehensive analysis of the transformer internal fault with the oil dissolved gasrelations and discrimination method, discusses the DGA technology based on the principles of transformer fault diagnosis and fault diagnosis commonly used method to determine the improved three-ratio method for power transformer fault diagnosis analysis. Subsequent analysis of the transformer oil in Jincheng power spectrum overall application of on-line monitoring device, corresponding improvement measures to the existing problems is put forward. Combining with the research, in the Jincheng North Yicheng substation installed successfully implemented on-line monitoring system for dissolved gas in transformer oil Zhongfen3000, realized the on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of transformer oil CH4, C2H2, C2H4, C2H6, H2, CO, CO2seven kinds of gas and total hydrocarbon, Through the proof analysis of large amount of operation data,Zhongfen3000transformer oil chromatographic on-line monitoring system installation is convenient, accurate monitoring data, high reliability, can satisfy the real-time running status transformer on-line monitoring requirements, to provide real-time, reliable data for on-line monitoring of transformer operation status of Shanxi power supply company of Jincheng, improving the technical level of transformer management. The final analysis of the on-line monitoring system application prospect.
