海淀500kV电缆工程的技术研究与应用

【摘要】 随着我国超大城市的不断扩容,输电距离和用电量在不断增长,现有的220kV城市输电网已越来越满足不了超大城市的供电要求,因此,利用有限的空间,使用大容量的500kV电力输电电缆直接进入大城市,已成为必然的发展趋势。海淀500kV电缆工程是继上海静安工程后的国内第二条、北京市第一条长距离用于城市电网的500kV电缆。同时,青岛汉缆电缆及江苏安靠附件首次应用于大截面、长距离的500kV电压等级线路,开创了国产电缆及附件的先河,对于提高国内电缆行业技术水平,逐步实现500kV电缆及附件国产化具有重大的历史意义。本文对500kV电缆现状进行了充分调研,系统地介绍了国内外500kV电缆的发展历程,分析了国内500kV电缆发展的历程和特点。结合海淀工程的特点,从500kV电缆的电缆型式、电缆截面、电缆运输盘长和电缆蛇形敷设方式等方面,通过全面的数据计算和分析,得出了科学可行的结论,提出电缆应用方案;针对国内首次使用的国产电缆,本文通过对电缆结构的数据分析,从护套感应电压、电缆载流量、电缆绝缘厚度方面进行全面细致的计算,验证了国产电缆在实际工程项目中运用的可靠性;针对海淀工程电缆的实际情况,分析研究电缆线路的接地系统,提出科学可行的接地方式,并通过对护层保护器的深入研究,确定工程项目中的选型。
【Abstract】 With the continuous expansion of large city in China,the transmission distance and power consumption in the growing city, the existing220kV transmission network has been more and more large city can not meet the power supply requirements,therefore,the use of limited space,500kV power transmission cables use large capacity directly into the city, has become the inevitable trend of development.Haidian500kV cable project is the Shanghai Jingan project after the second, the first long distance Beijing city power grid for500kV cable. At the same time, Qingdao Hanlan cable and Jiangsu Ankao attachment is first applied to the500kV voltage grade line large cross section, long distance, created the first domestic cable and accessories, for improving the technical level of the domestic cable industry and gradually realize the localization of500kV cables and accessories is of great historical significance. This paper carried out a full investigation on500kV cable status, systematically introduces the development process of domestic and foreign500kV cable, analyses the history and characteristics of domestic500kV development of the cable.According to the characteristics of the Haidian project, from the aspects of cable types,500kV cable, cable section transport disc length and cable snaking way,through a comprehensive data calculation and analysis, the scientific and feasible conclusion, put forward application scheme for cable; the first domestic made for cable, in this paper, through the analysis of cable structures data from the sheath, induction voltage, current carrying capacity of cable, cable insulation thickness and careful calculation, verified the reliability of domestic cable used in practical project; according to the actual situation in Haidian engineering cable, analysis of grounding systems of cable line, put forward the scientific and feasible grounding, and through in-depth study of the sheath protector, determine the selection of project.
