【摘要】 在主辅分离,打破垄断的大背景下,电力行业形成了一条由发电、输配电、用电、电建、设计、科研等主辅产业组合而成的电能供应链。由于电能供应链存在的时间短、电力体制改革仍未深化、市场竞争不够等问题的存在,电能供应链的运行绩效还有很大的提升空间。如何有效地提出一套科学的措施来提升电能供应链的运行绩效,是促进电力行业发展的重大课题之一。本文从关系资本的角度出发,在总结关系资本、电能供应链绩效相关理论成果的基础上,提出了一套电力行业关系资本及电能供应链绩效的测量体系,提出了关系资本对电能供应链绩效具有显著影响的假设,制作并发放了调查问卷,收集有效的样本数据。为更好的研究两者之间的关系,文章构建了关系资本对电能供应链绩效的影响模型。为验证模型的有效性,本文对问卷进行了预测试,同时结合因子分析、相关分析以及回归模型等方法对收集的正式样本数据进行了实证研究。得到了以下结论：关系资本的五个构成维度中,信息共享维度、联接强度维度、信任维度以及专用资产投入维度对电能供应链绩效有显著影响,呈正相关关系,而组织适应性维度对电能供应链绩效的影响不显著,没有进入到回归模型中。在提出的六个假设中,中间四个得到了分析结果的支持,第一个假设和第六个假设没有通过检验。结合实证研究得到的结果,文章提出了提高电能供应链绩效的几大措施,对提高当下电能供应链绩效具有重要的现实意义。最后,论文对研究结论进行了总结,并提出了未来对这一领域研究的建议和展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the background of the separation of main and auxiliary, and break of the monopoly, the power industry has formed a power supply chain system which is combined by main and auxiliary industry of power generation, power transmission and distribution, power using, power construction, design, scientific research etc, due to the lack of reformation of electric power system, and the lack of the market competition, these series of problems lead to power supply chain performance is relatively low to other industries, how to analyze the energy more effectively and puts forward a set of scientific measures to improve power supply chain performance, is the problem of electric power industry need to be solved now.From the perspective of relational capital, in the base of summing up the related theoretical results of the relational capital and power supply chain performance, this paper proposed the hypothesis of relational capital has significant influence to power supply chain performance, this paper puts forward a set of power supply chain relational capital and performance measurement system, produced and distributed a questionnaire to effectively collect the sample data, in order to better study the relationship between the two concept, this paper constructs the model of how relational capital effect on power supply chain performance. To validate the effectiveness of the models, this paper make a pre-testing of the questionnaire, and make a empirical study to the formal sample data combined with factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression model and other methods. The following conclusions are obtained:in the five dimensions of relational capital, information sharing dimension, joint strength dimension, trust dimension and special assets investment dimensions have a significant impact on supply chain performance, the relationship between them is positively, however organizational adaptability dimension effecting the power supply chain performance is not significant, did not enter the regression model, In the six assumptions, the middle of the four supported by the results, the first hypothesis and the sixth hypothesis did not pass the test.Combining the empirical research results, this paper puts forward several measures to improve power supply chain performance, it has important practical significance to cope with the current low electricity supply chain performance. Finally, the thesis summarizes the conclusion, and puts forward some suggestions and prospects for future research in this field.更多还原
