【摘要】 山西省作为资源型省份，通过对其可持续发展能力的研究可以进行“资源诅咒”理论方面的探索，对山西省经济可持续发展能力评价可以明确经济发展中存在的主要问题，以便进一步提出对策，为地方政府制定区域可持续发展战略和方案提供科学依据，让经济朝着一个良好的方向发展，也可以为其他资源型的省份经济发展提供参考价值。对于区域协调发展的研究可以提供一些区域实现高效快速发展的方法和途径，为实现区域经济发展、社会稳定做出一定的贡献。通过采用纵向和横向评价方法，对山西省的区域经济可持续发展能力进行了综合评价，纵向选取了1994年到2011年18年的数据进行比较，横向选择山西省的11个地级市进行比较，通过建立指标体系，进行主成分分析，并根据主成分最后得分确定了最后的排名情况。评价结果发现，纵向上看山西省经济可持续发展能力总体来说是处于第一类别的是2006年、2007年、2008年、2009年、2010年、2011年，第二级别的是2004年、2005年，第三级别是2003年，第四级别是1994年、1995年、1996年、1997年、1998年、1999年、2000年、2001年、2002年。从各年份看山西经济可持续发展能力是逐年提高的。横向比较看，山西省区域经济可持续发展能力的情况是属于第一类别的是太原市、阳泉市，第二类别的是大同市、晋城市、朔州市，第三类别是长治市、晋中市，第四类别是运城市、忻州市、临汾市、吕梁市。山西省各地区经济可持续发展能力从高到低是太原市、阳泉市、朔州市、大同市、晋城市、长治市、晋中市、临汾市、运城市、吕梁市、忻州市。总体来说晋中区能力较高，其次是晋中区，再次是晋东南区，最后是晋南区。根据各个区域的发展情况构建了实现可持续发展的模式并提出了对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a resource-based provinces of Shanxi,through the study of its capacity for sustainabledevelopment can be “resource curse” to explore theoretical aspects of the sustainabledevelopment capacity in Shanxi Province Economic Evaluation of economic development canbe clearly major problems that exist in order to further propose a solution for localgovernments to develop regional sustainable development strategies and programs to providea scientific basis for the economy moving in a good direction, can also provide valuablereference for the province ’s economic development in other resource-based.
