主动配网中多换流器式统一电能质量控制器的应用研究

【摘要】 大量分布式电源接入配电网,令传统配电网具备了有源化和主动化的特征。在主动配电网充分发挥多种清洁能源优势的同时,也不得不面对电能质量问题日益突出的困境。不断增加的电力电子装置等非线性负荷,也给主动配电网的电能质量带来了一定的负面影响,使得电能质量分析和控制问题受到越来越广泛的关注。本文针对主动配电网中电能质量问题的特点,提出了在主动配电网中采用多换流器式统一电能质量控制器进行电能质量调控的研究思路。分析了多换流器式统一电能质量控制器的基本原理,设计了适用于主动配电网电能质量控制的多换流器式统一电能质量控制器调控策略。分析了主动配电网的网络结构特点及其能量流控制结构;针对大量分布式电源的接入,从不同角度分析了其对主动配电网电能质量造成的不利影响,进而讨论了该影响的传播与放大问题,总结了主动配电网中电能质量问题,为采用多换流器式统一电能质量控制器进行电能质量调控奠定了应用背景。针对多换流器式统一电能质量控制器的功能结构,分析了现有典型的信号检测方法,重点分析了基于广义瞬时功率理论的电压检测方法和基于瞬时无功功率理论的电流检测方法。据此提出了多换流器式统一电能质量控制器中的串联有源滤波器采用微分负反馈电压滞环控制、并联有源滤波器采用电流滞环控制的整体控制策略,理论分析表明该方案适用于配电网中电能质量的控制与治理。根据多换流器式统一电能质量控制器的主电路拓扑结构,设计了主要参数。对其中的串联有源滤波器的电压滞环控制策略与微分负反馈电压滞环控制进行了模拟仿真比对,并对以两条供电线路为模型的多换流器式统一电能质量控制器及其含有光伏发电的主动式配网进行了仿真研究。结果表明了串、并联有源滤波器控制策略有效,同时也证明了多换流器式统一电能质量控制器的可行性。
【Abstract】 A large number of different distributed generation make the traditional network more active and automated. A variety of clean energy is made full used in the distributed network(ADN), However, he power quality problems have become increasingly prominent. Increasing power electronic devices and nonlinear loadshave brought some negative effects on the power quality, Make power quality analysis and control issues attracting more and more attention. In the paper, a new structure called Multiple converter unified power quality controller(MC-UPQC) is introduced to solve power quality problems in the distribution network, Analysis basic principles of MC-UPQC and design control strategy for ADN.The structural characteristics of the active distributed network and energy flow control structure are introduced in the paper. From different aspects Analyze adverse effects of DG on the Active distributed network and the propagation and amplification of the effects. The quality power of active distributed network is summarized to lay the application background for MC-UPQCSeveral classic signaldetections are introduced based on the structure of the Multiple converter unified power quality controller, Voltage detection method based on generalized instantaneous power theory and current detectionbased on instantaneous reactive power theory are used in the structure. The control strategy of series active filter of the MC-UPQC utilize voltage hysteresis control with differential negative feedback, the control strategy of shunt active filter of the MC-UPQC utilize current hysteresis control.The main parameters are set according to the main circuit topology of the MC-UPQC. Comparison between hysteresis control strategy and differential negative feedback voltage hysteresis control is made in simulation to show the later strategy is more effective. The performance of MC-UPQC between two lines in distributed network prove that the series and shunt active filter control strategy effectively, but also demonstrated the feasibility of MC-UPQC.
