教师爱及其养成研究

【摘要】 教师爱是教师职业道德中最核心的部分,也是在其任教生涯中必须拥有的一种情感品质。然而,在具体的教育教学实践中,仍有许多教师表现出爱的情感的缺失。教师爱究竟是什么、又是从何而来?这是本文要回答的重要问题。论文首先根据情感心理学与人的发展等相关理论,分别探讨了“教师爱”的内涵及其构成要素、“养成”的内涵及其与情感的关系、“养成”与“教师爱”的关系、“教师爱”的养成阶段等内容。其次,运用个案研究法分析了两位具有代表性的教师的个人成长史与其“教师爱”情感的发展,通过分析两位教师在成长过程中究竟养成什么情感、缺失了什么情感,揭示出教师爱情感发展的一般特征,从而表明养成在教师情感发展中的重要作用最后,根据个案的研究结果,从教师教育实践出发提出在专业环境下养成教师爱的若干措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teachers’ love is the core of teacher occupation morality part, an emotional quality also in the teaching career must have. However, in teaching practice, there are still many teachers lacking the emotion of love. What is the teachers’love? Where does it come from? This is an important question to answer in this paper.Firstly, according to the psychology of emotion and human development and other related theories, respectively discusses the connotation and components of the "teachers’ love ","cultivate" and its connotation and the relations between "cultivate" and emotion,"cultivate" and "teachers’ love ", the cultivation stage of "teachers’ love ", etc.Secondly, using case study method to analyze two teachers whose personal growth history and "teachers’ love" emotional development representativly, by analyzing the two teachers in the growth process to develop exactly what emotion, what emotion is missing, revealing the general characterastics of emotional development, thus indicating "cultivate" have an important role in the teachers’ emotional development.Finally, based on the results from the case,starting from the practice of teacher education to put forward some measures to cultivate teachers’ love in the professional environment.更多还原
