筛选高产优质谷子品种及喷施钙肥对米质影响的研究

【摘要】 为了探讨不同谷子品种、不同土壤类型及喷施不同浓度钙肥因素对谷子品质及产量的影响,我们于2012年通过在肇州县种植6种不同的谷子品种,通过对6种谷子品种产量及品质指标的测定,选择出适合在肇州县种植的高产、优质的谷子品种,并以在黑龙江哈尔滨市光明村辅助试验区,种植的同一种谷子品种龙谷25为对照,探究不同土壤类型对谷子产量及品质的影响;通过叶面喷施不同浓度钙肥,探究喷施钙肥对谷子产量、品质及谷子籽粒中钙含量的影响,以期达到通过喷施钙肥处理使谷子籽粒中钙含量得到提高的重要目的,在日常饮食中满足人们对钙的需要,并探究在何种浓度时谷子产量及品质等综合指标最好,为指导优质富钙谷子研发的合理施肥提供依据。主要研究结果如下:1.通过对6种谷子品种进行主成分分析,龙谷31的综合排名最高。2.利用主成分分析,聚类分析法可以将6种谷子品种分为2类:第1类为最优品种,包括:龙谷25、龙谷31、龙谷33,其中龙谷31综合得分最高,适宜在肇州种植;第2类为较差品种,包括:龙谷27、红谷、张杂谷三号,不适宜在肇州种植。3.肇州龙谷25产量及品质表现优于对照龙谷25。4.喷施钙肥不仅可以提高谷子籽粒中钙含量,还能提高谷子的产量及品质。5.在喷施钙肥浓度为0.7%,谷子的产量、穗长、穗重、穗粒重、千粒重、出谷率、胶稠度、碱消值、钙含量几个指标的值最大。6.在喷施钙肥浓度为0.5%时,谷子蛋白质、赖氨酸、脂肪、粗灰分几个指标的值最大。7.随钙肥浓度的逐渐增大,直链淀粉含量、水分呈逐渐下降趋势。8.利用主成分分析,在喷施钙肥浓度为0.7%时,综合排名最高,施肥效果较好。9.本试验达到了通过喷施钙肥使谷子籽粒中钙含量得到富集的重要目的,在日常饮食中满足人们对钙的需要。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the effect of different millet cultivar, soil types and different Calcium concentration on the quality and yield of millet. In2012, we planted6kinds of millet varieties in Zhaozhou County, through the determination of the6types of millet yield and quality index, we selected and planted high yield, high quality millet varieties in Zhaozhou County, and in the Heilongjiang Harbin Guangming Country as the auxiliary test area, planting Longgu25as CK, explore the effect of the different soil types on the millet yield and quality. By spraying different concentration of Calcium, research the effects of spraying Calcium on quality, yield of millet and Calcium content of millet grain, achieve aim of improving the Calcium content in millet grain, meet people’s needs of Calcium in their diet, and to explore the best comprehensive indexes of millet yield and quality in which concentrations, provide the basis for reasonable fertilizing to guide quality Calcium millet research.The main results are as follows:1. Through principal component analysis of6millet varieties, Longgu31comprehensive ranking was highest.2. Using principal component analysis, cluster analysis can be6kinds of millet varieties are divided into2classes:class first for optimal varieties, including:Longgu25, Longgu31, Longgu33, the Longgu31have the highest scores, suitable for planting second varieties; for poor varieties, including:Longgu27, Honggu, Zhangzagu, not suitable for planting.3. The yields and qualities of Zhaozhou Longgu25performed better than CK.4. Spraying calcium fertilizer not only can increase the calcium content of millet grain, but also improve the yield and quality of millet.5. When spraying calcium fertilizer concentration was0.7%, the several indicators of millet yield, the length of fringe, weight of fringe, weight of per spike,1000-kernel weight of millet, the ratio of millet, gel consistency, alkali value, calcium content was maximum.6. When spraying calcium fertilizer concentration was0.5%, the index of millet protein, lysine, fat, crude ash was maximum.7. The water and amylase content was decreased gradually with the gradually increasing in the concentration of calcium fertilizers, 8. Using principal component analysis, the spraying calcium concentration was0.7%, ranking highest, fertilization effect.9. Achieved the important purpose to make millet grain calcium content enriched by spraying calcium fertilizer, Meet the demand of calcium in the diet
