【摘要】 本文主要针对学科网络教研需求及存在的问题,构建了学科网络教研模式,通过实践来验证模式的可行性。使区域、学校层面对网络教研有更清晰、系统的了解,便于网络教研的常态开展,最终加强网络教研在区域层面的深入,弥补传统教研的不足,提高教研活动的效益。通过调查,对区域范围内学科教师、学科教研组、学科网络教研需求及存在的问题等进行汇总分析,为学科网络教研模式建立提供参考依据。通过教研案例实践研究,对已有的网络教研基础环境进行梳理,验证模式的可行性及模式确立所需的环境、条件及保障机制。模式中的一个重要环节是梳理现有网络软件与平台的功能及优缺点,结合教研活动各环节的特点、目标、形式,进行匹配。既考虑网络软件、平台对教研活动的优化,又考虑网络教研实施的可行性、便捷性,使教师的精力更多的着重于教研活动的本身。网络软件与平台的正确选择,相应的技术支持是网络教研设计顺利实现的前提；组织、管理制度是网络教研活动实施的保障；而评价、考核、激励机制则是网络教研推进的动力。网络教研模式的应用,最终要实现传统教研与网络教研的融合,使教研活动网络化、网络教研常态化,从而提高教研活动的效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the demand and the problems of subject of network research, constructs subject network teaching mode, through practice to verify the feasibility of the mode of. The area, the school level network research have a more clear understanding, system, convenient for network research normal development, finally strengthen the network teaching and research at the regional level is deep, make up for the deficiency of traditional teaching, improve teaching efficiency. Through the investigation, summary analysis of the regional scope of subject teachers, teaching and research groups, subject network teaching requirements and the existing problems, provide reference basis for establishing the subject network teaching mode. In the case study of practice teaching, network teaching environment based on the analysis of existing, and verify the feasibility of this mode and establish the required environment, condition and guarantee mechanism. An important part of pattern of existing network software, the functions of the platform and the advantages and disadvantages of each link, characteristics, combined with the teaching and research activities in the process of the target, form, matching. Both the optimization software, network platform for teaching and research activities, and considering the feasibility, network teaching implementation convenience, make teachers focus more on teaching and research activities of itself. The correct choice of network software, the platform, the corresponding technical support is a prerequisite for the smooth realization of the network teaching design; organization, management system is a network of teaching and research activities to ensure the implementation of the evaluation; Application of network teaching mode, the final purpose is to realize the integration of traditional teaching and network teaching, the teaching and research activities of network, network teaching and normalized, so as to improve the teaching efficiency.更多还原
