中外教师课堂师生互动对比研究

【摘要】 作为课堂互动的开发者,教师有必要在充分了解学生对于互动的主观认识和具体期待的前提下,不断修正自身对互动的主观认识,使之能够更好地满足学生需求和期待,达到有效的师生互动;另一方面,作为课堂互动的引导者、组织者和行动者,在师生互动实施之后,教师应反思师生互动过程中的问题,找出成功经验,发现不足之处。长此以往,教师才能在成功经验的基础上全面把握课堂互动的特点与技巧。随着新课程改革的不断推进,学者们呼吁聚焦课堂,重构课堂,以改变长期以来课堂教学中形成的沉闷的、乏味的单向知识授受状态,充分调动学生学习积极性,师生积极互动,共同发展,从根本上焕发课堂的生命活力。师生互动已成为新课程改革所倡导的一个极其重要的教学理念。然而,笔者在自己十多年的教学实践中发现师生互动在课堂教学中存在许多不尽如人意的地方,使互动效果大打折扣,严重制约着教学水平的提高。国内外学者的研究成果为本文的研究提供了丰富的理论依据,为本文研究方法的选择也提供了有益的帮助。但是国内外学者的研究或是从国外第一、第二语言课堂入手,或者是从国内高校课堂进行,在中国语境下,对于中学第二语言课堂师生互动的研究则非常少,而对于中外教师在中学英语教学中的课堂互动的对比研究,则更是凤毛麟角。另外,中学一线教师虽然积极的参与到课堂研究的工作中,但是对于课堂师生互动的研究往往缺少专业支持,对于教学的反思比较多,但是专业知识的匮乏使其研究缺少丰富的理论建构。笔者根据自己的工作经验,在吸收国内外学者研究成果的基础上,注重实证研究,通过现场调查、问卷调研与访谈调研的方式,研究在中国语境下,对中外教师在英语教学中的课堂师生互动进行比较性研究,通过理论论证与数据分析的方式,找到问题所在,并在此基础上,提出关于解决目前师生互动中存在问题的解决之道。本文的主要内容主要分为以下三个部分:第一部分为本文的引言部分,通过文献调查与分析,总结国内外对于课堂师生互动的研究成果;第二部分为本文的实践调查部分,针对被调研学校,通过课堂观察与问卷、访谈,调研中外教师在课堂互动方面差异,以及学生对于中外教师课堂互动的态度;第三部分为提高课堂互动的措施总结,针对实践调查结果,提出相关的对策与建议。

【Abstract】 As the developer of classroom interaction, teachers need to fully understand thestudents for the premise of subjective understanding of interactive and realisticexpectations, and constantly revised their subjective understanding of the interaction,so that it can better meet the students needs and expectations, to achieve effectiveteacher-student interaction; on the other hand, as the classroom interactive guide,organizer and actors, in the interaction between teachers and students, teachersshould reflect on problems in the interaction between teachers and students, to findout the successful experience, found deficiencies. If things go on like this, teacherscan grasp the characteristics and skills of classroom interaction in full on the basis ofsuccessful experience.With the advancement of the new curriculum reform, scholars have called forfocus on class, reconstruction of the classroom, to change the form of classroomteaching in the long dull, boring a one-way receive knowledge, fully mobilize theenthusiasm of students, teachers and students interact actively, commondevelopment, the glow the vitality of classroom teaching. The interaction betweenteachers and students has become a very important teaching ideas advocated in thenew curriculum reform. However, in their own teaching practice for more than adecade in the interaction between teachers and students has many places not just asone wishes in classroom teaching, the interaction effect is greatly reduced, seriouslyrestricting the improvement of teaching level.The research results of domestic and foreign scholars provide abundanttheoretical basis for this study, this research method can provide useful help. But thestudy of domestic and foreign scholars or starting from the first, the second foreignlanguage classroom, or from the classroom teaching in Colleges and universities inChina, in the Chinese context, the research on teacher-student interaction inclassroom second language is very little, comparative study of Chinese and foreignteachers and the classroom interaction in middle school English teaching, it is veryrare. In addition, the middle school teachers while actively participate in classroom research work, but for the research on teacher-student interaction in the classroom isoften a lack of professional support, more for the teaching reflection, but the lack ofprofessional knowledge of the lack of the construction of the rich theory.According to the authors own work experience, based on absorbing theresearch results of domestic and foreign scholars, focusing on empirical research,through field investigation, questionnaire survey and interview research methods,research in the Chinese context, comparative study of interactive teaching English inthe classroom of Chinese and foreign teachers, through the analysis of theory andthe way data, find the problem, and on this basis, to solve the problems aboutteacher-student interaction in solution. The main content of this paper is mainlydivided into the following three parts: the first part is the introduction part of thispaper, through the investigation and analysis of literature, summarizes the domesticand foreign research on teacher-student interaction in the classroom; the secondpart is the practice part, aiming at the research school, through classroomobservation and questionnaire investigation, interview, Chinese and foreign teachersdifferences in the classroom interaction, and students for Chinese and foreignteachers classroom interactive attitude; the third part to improve the classroominteraction measures are summarized, according to the actual survey results, putsforward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
