【摘要】 时代的发展和社会的进步使得“志愿精神”一词日益频繁的出现在大众传媒和人们的日常交谈中，也使得人们对志愿精神的认识正在不断深化。对志愿精神及其当代价值的研究可以为今后更好地开展志愿服务活动提供坚实的理论基础，也可以为更好地弘扬志愿精神提供相关的理论指导。志愿精神是一种德性精神、实践精神、价值诉求，具有自愿性、无偿性、社会性、价值性和国际性五个基本特征，在我国经历了起始阶段、缓慢发展阶段、迅速发展阶段和全民参阶段。作为道德理论的重要组成部分，志愿精神在理论和实践上都有着巨大的作用和价值。其内涵表现为“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿精神继承了中国传统文化的精髓，延伸了中国优秀传统文化；体现了社会主义道德建设的核心，诠释了社会主义道德建设的基本原则；反映了社会主义核心价值观，丰富了社会主义核心价值体系的内涵。同时，它还满足了个体高层次的需要，有利于实现个人价值；促进了公民精神的培育，有利于构建良好的公民关系；化解了部分社会矛盾，有利于和谐社会的建设；树立了国家文明新形象，提高了国家软实力。志愿精神及其行动力量已成为当代社会经济、政治、文化发展的重要辅助。为了弘扬志愿精神，实现志愿精神的深化和发展，解决其弘扬过程中的实践问题，就需要社会创建良好的舆论环境、文化环境并提供物资保障；需要政府从制度法规和权限方面保护志愿精神；需要志愿组织从建立信息化机制、组织志愿服务活动、完善激励机制、筹措资金这几个方面来保障志愿精神弘扬的平台；需要个人坚定自身价值追求、提高德性素养并通过实践完善自我。只有社会、政府、志愿组织和个人各方共同努力，通力合作，才能保证志愿精神的弘扬策略行之有效，从而保证志愿精神的理论价值和实践价值得以最大限度的发挥。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the development of times and social progress,the wordVolunteerism appear frequently in mass media and people’s daily conversation, and itcontinuously deepens people’s awareness of volunteerism. The research of volunteerismand it’s contemporary value, provides a solid theoretical basis for better volunteerservice activities in future. And it can offer related theoretical guidance for betterpromotion of volunteerism.The spirit of the volunteerism is a kind of virtue spirit, practical spirit, the valueappeal, Has five basic characteristics of voluntary, unpaid, social, value, international.In our experience of the "Lei Feng learning", slow development, the rapid developmentand the people of the four stages. As an important part of moral theory, the volunteerismhas a huge role in theory and practice, it is true for individuals, the same for the stateand society. The volunteerism with performance of “dedication, friendship, mutual aid,and progress” owns the core of the socialist moral construction, and the basic principlesof socialist moral construction. And reflects the core values of socialism, enrichesconnotation of socialist core value system; inherits the essence of Chinese traditionalculture, extending the theoretical value of the Chinese excellent traditional culture. Itcan meet individual’s high-level needs, help to realize personal value; promote thecultivation of civic spirit to build a good citizen relations; resolve some socialcontradictions, which is conducive to building a harmonious society. And it helps setup the new image of a nation’s civilization, improve the practical value of the nationalsoft power. It`s action force can become an important auxiliary in economy, politic,culture and social development.In order to carry forward volunteer spirit, to achieve the deepening anddevelopment of the volunteer spirit, and solve practical problems in the process ofpromotion, government should protect volunteerism from the aspects of regulations andpermissions; voluntary organizations should set up the mechanism of information, organize volunteer service activities, perfect the incentive mechanism, and raise fundsto protect the platform of volunteer spirit to carry forward; it needs the society to createa good social media environment, social culture environment and supply social materialsupport;firm needs of individuals pursuing their own values, improve literacy and moralself-perfection through practice. Only the government, voluntary organizations,socialparties and oursel to work together, then can guarantee the strategy of volunteerismpromotion to be effective, to ensure that the theoretical and practical values ofvolunteerism play the biggest role.更多还原
