【摘要】 随着互联网的发展，金融类企业的信息化管理已经成了必然的趋势。安全保卫工作作为银行安全稳定运行的保障，它的信息化需求则更为迫切。目前，我国大部分商业银行的安全保卫工作都存在信息化程度低的问题，采用传统的方式进行管理。探索银行安全保卫信息管理系统的设计和实现，对于银行的安全稳定运行来说具有十分重要的意义，这也是本文的主题。本文通过研究某国有商业银行的安全保卫工作，设计和实现了一个符合现代商业银行整体发展的银行安全保卫信息管理系统。首先提出了针对该银行的安全保卫信息管理系统。在分析了该银行管理模式存在的弊端的基础上，本文提出了针对其弊端的安全保卫信息管理系统。完成了该系统的总体设计方案。本文通过分析银行安全保卫信息管理系统的业务需求，提出了该系统的总体设计方案。完成了对该系统的详细设计。本文对该系统进行了详细设计，包括规章制度管理、安全保卫人员信息管理、安全保卫机构信息管理、设备信息管理、重点部位管理及突发事件管理等六个功能模块，最终完成了一个符合现代商业银行整体发展的银行安全保卫信息管理系统。对该系统的运行和测试结果进行了分析。本文在完成部署银行业安全保卫工作信息管理系统的基础上，给出了该系统的测试结果分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of Internet, information management has become aninevitable trend for financial enterprise. As the safeguard for safe and stable workingof banks, the security has more urgent requirement of informatization.Unfortunately, most of our commercial banks are managed in traditional way,with a low degree of informatization. With such backgrounds, exploring design andimplementation of information management system for bank security is of greatimportance for safe and stable working of banks, and that is the topic of this paper.This paper has investigated the security of some state-owned commercial bank,and then designed and implemented an information management system for banksecurity which is conform with the integral development of modern commercialbanks.The main contributions of this paper include the followings. Firstly, propose asecurity information management system for this bank. At first, we analyze theshortages of management mode of this bank, and then propose a security informationmanagement system aiming at these shortages. Secondly, implement the total designscheme of this system. At first, we analyze the business requirements of the securityinformation management system for banks, and then propose the total design scheme.Then, implement the detailed design of this system. We implement the detailed designof this system with six modules, including rules management, security personnelinformation management, security institution information management, deviceinformation management, key spot management and emergency management. As aresult, an information management system for bank security which is conform withthe integral development of modern commercial banks has been completed.
