【摘要】 配送中心设施的合理布置是配送中心高效运作运作的必要条件，对降低物流成本、提高配送效率起着关键性作用。随着国内医药市场的持续高速发展和物流配送网络的构建，连锁药店的数量逐渐增多，因此对连锁药店配送中心建设的研究具有重要的现实意义与实用价值。文章重在研究SLP方法在连锁药店设施布置规划中的应用，参考配送中心设施布置的其他相关理论，结合医药行业的特殊背景，为连锁药店配送中心的规划设计提供了一个可操作性较高的方法。文章使用的主要研究方法为SLP方法，故需要详细分析连锁药店配送中心区域划分以及内部运作流程的特殊性，再结合药品存储与搬运标准，得到一种改进的SLP方法，可以用来解决药品配送中心的仓储能力设计、功能区划分、内部流程分析以及布局规划的问题。山东立健医药城有限公司，隶属于山东康诺盛世医药有限公司，是山东省最大的医药零售连锁企业之一。随着公司业务量的增长和销售规模的不断扩大，需要在济南地区新建一个物流配送中心来满足公司连锁经营的发展。本文采用改进后的SLP方法来对立健医药城济南地区配送中心进行设施布置，在运用SLP方法之前，还需要分析配送中心业务量的预测方法和特征，结合医药物流的行业特点，选用时间序列分析法中的二次指数平滑法和因果关系分析预测法中的线性回归分析法，应用WinQSB软件求解预测模型，应用组合预测模型，对连锁药店配送中心的需求量进行预测。根据预测结果，按照SLP方法的具体步骤，可以得到两个符合基本要求的设施布置平面图方案，再应用模糊综合评价方法，选出最适合企业实际与要求的方案，验证了SLP方法在连锁药店配送中心设施布置中的可行性。通过本文的研究，可以为其他连锁药店配送中心甚至其他类型的配送中心的系统布置规划研究提供方法与理论上的指导，为从事此方面研究的科研工作者们提供有价值的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reasonable facilities layout of distribution center is necessary to its efficient work and it is the key to reduce the cost of physical distribution and improve the efficiency of distribution. With the high speed of sustainable development to the domestic medical market and the network structure of physical distribution, the number of chain pharmacy is becoming more and more, which is important to the construction study of the distribution center of chain pharmacies in reality and function. This paper mainly does research into the application of layout and plan to facilities of chain pharmacies with SLP. The reference of other relevant theories in facilities layout of distribution center and the special background in pharmaceuticals industry provides the planning and design of distribution center with more reliable means.The main study method of this paper is SLP, which needs the regional division for the distribution center of the chain drugstores and the specificity of internal operation process for it. Combined with the drug storage and transportation standards, an improved SLP method is created, which can be used to solve the drug distribution center warehouse capacity design, function division, internal process analysis and layout planning problem. Shandong Li Jian medicine LTD, is one of the largest pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises in Shandong province. Along with the increase of business volume and the continuous expansion of sales, the company need to build a new logistics distribution center in Jinan areas to meet the development of chain operation. This paper adopts the improved SLP method to plan the health pharmaceutical distribution center for the facility layout of Jinan region. Before using SLP method, we also need to analyze the distribution center forecasting method and the characteristics of business, combining characteristics of pharmaceutical logistics industry, this thesis selects the time series analysis method in the secondary exponential smoothing method and causality analysis forecasting method of linear regression analysis method, using WinQSB software to solve the model, then forecasts the demand of drugstore chain distribution center. According to the forecast results and a series of steps of SLP method, it have two facilities plan project, then using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to choose the most suitable one for the enterprise actual demand and scheme.The research of this paper can provide guidance in method and theory to the layout and plan of system of the distribution center of chain pharmacies or other kind ones, which provides valuable references to the researchers working on this aspect.更多还原
