【摘要】 金融业作为现代服务业的核心部门,在现代经济中的作用日益重要。互联网和信息技术的高速发展,使得金融资源和信息跨区间流动更加频繁和高效,但这并不意味着地理空间和距离的消失,地理因素在金融景观的形成中仍然发挥着重要作用。从国际来看,目前已形成以“纽约-东京-伦敦”为金三角的国际金融中心体系；从国内来看,上海金融中心地位正受到北京、深圳等城市的挑战。面对新兴经济体金融业的异军突起,上海建设国际金融中心迎来了全球金融中心重新洗牌的机遇和挑战。在此背景下,对上海市金融产业的研究就显得十分必要。本文在描述上海市金融产业发展现状的基础上,从上海市近年来具代表性的金融发展规划入手,研究当前的金融产业布局,并将其置于国内外金融发展环境之中,找寻可能存在的问题,并尝试提出优化的路径。文章共分为三个部分：首先是本文的立论依据和理论基础,分列第一二章。第一章主要介绍了本文的研究背景、研究意义和研究思路。第二章从金融地理学和区域经济学的视角,梳理了国内外关于区域金融、金融业区位、金融业空间布局等方面的研究内容。其次是本文的主体部分,分列第三四五六章。第三章从金融市场、金融发展环境以及金融业的经济驱动效应等方面,分析上海市金融业发展现状。第四章从近年上海市金融业最具纲领性的规划文件入手,运用地理学空间分析方法,对上海市金融业发展的空间格局进行分析,研究表明上海市金融业总体呈现“核心—外围”空间格局,而各类型金融机构空间格局则呈现个性化特征。此外,全市范围内金融资源“大集聚,小分散”的格局与市政府的规划意愿出现了偏差。第五章将上海市金融业分别置于全国和全市范围内,分析其面临的内外环境。研究表明,当前上海市金融业发展受到国内来自以北京、深圳为代表的经济中心城市的挑战,市内各区县本应形成金融发展合力,加大对国内外金融资源的吸引力,但事实上,各区县以规划为依据,产生对上海市内有限的金融资源的争夺,使上海市金融业发展面临“内外交困”的局面,对其空间布局进行优化成为上海市金融业发展的必然选择。为此,第六章尝试给出上海市金融产业发展布局优化的实施路径,以期为上海市金融中心建设提供一些政策参考。最后是本文的结论和展望。重点梳理了文章的主要结论,对于空间布局研究和实地调查方面的不足之处,希望在今后的研究中加以完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Finance is the core of modern service industry, which plays a vital role in economic development. With the rapid development of Internet and information technology, financial resources and information is flowing more frequently and efficiently, but this does not mean the disappearance of the geographic space and distance, geographical factors still plays an important role, in the formation of the financial landscape. From the international view, the’New York, Tokyo-London’as the golden triangle of the international financial center system has formed. In China, Shanghai as the financial center is under the challenge of Beijing, Shenzhen and other cities. With the rapid growth of financial industry of emerging market countries and regions, the construction of Shanghai international financial center is facing the opportunities and challenges which is brought by the reshuffle of the global financial centers. In this background, the study of Shanghai’s financial industry becomes very necessary.On the basis of the description to the current situation of the development of Shanghai’s financial industry, this paper starts research from Shanghai’s representative financial industry planning in recent years, finds out the layout of the current financial industry, puts it in the domestic and foreign financial development environment to find out the possible existing problems, and tries to put forward optimized path. This paper can be divided into three parts.The first part is theoretical basis, which includes chapters1and2. Chapterl mainly introduces the background, the significance and ideas of this article. Chapter2combs the domestic and foreign research about the regional finance, the location and space layout of financial industry from the perspective of financial geography and regional economics.The second part is the main part of this article, which includes Chapter3, Chapter4and Chapter5. Chapter3analysis the current situation of the development of financial industry in Shanghai from aspects of the financial market, financial development environment and economic drive effect in the financial. Chapter4starts study on the spatial pattern of financial industry of Shanghai from the most programmatic document of planning in Shanghai’s financial industry in recent years, using the method of geography space analysis, and concludes that that general spatial pattern of Shanghai’s financial industry can be shorted by’core-periphery’ pattern, but as to the different type of financial institutions, the feature various. In addition, the’big agglomeration, small scattered’ pattern of financial resources in Shanghai appears on the off-track of city’s financial planning. Chapter5puts Shanghai’s financial industry in the nation and the whole city scope respectively, to analyze its internal and external environment. Research shows that the current challenge which Shanghai faces is from China’s economic center city represented by Beijing and Shenzhen. In this situation, the city districts should get together to increase the attractiveness of domestic and foreign financial resources, but in fact, based on the financial industry planning, districts departs the limited financial resources in Shanghai,which gets it in a’strife-torn’ situation. Optimizing the space layout of financial industry become Shanghai’s inevitably choice. To this end, Chapter6attempts to give the optimized implement path of Shanghai’s financial industry layout, so as to provide some possible suggestions to the Shanghai financial center construction.The last part is the conclusion and prospect, mainly combs the main conclusion of the article. As to the deficiency of space layout and field investigation of the article, the author hopes that it can be perfected in future research.更多还原
