铁路传输网的优化改造

【摘要】 随着全业务运营时代的到来,电信业之间的竞争业日趋激烈,在新的竞争形势下,能否对市场变化作出快速反应将是企业运营成败的关键。传输资源是电信行业的一项重要的战略性资源,是承载电信业务的基础资源,所以能否实施高效的维护管理,能否对市场和业务发展提供快速的支撑响应,将直接关系到企业运营的成败。要实现传输资源的高效维护管理和快速的支撑服务响应,这就需要对现有传输网进行周期性的优化维护工作。论文首先考察了传输网的主流技术同步数字体系(SDH),对时隙、网元、SDH复用步骤等与传输网直接相关的知识进行了重点介绍。对阐述传输网网络优化思路中涉及的关键内容,如优化的必要性和目的、传输网生产性能指标、优化的流程和内容进行了简要描述。论文在传输网优化思路的基础上,完成了西安局SDH传输网络优化方案的实现。主要包括:西韩、郑西客、西成等SDH传输网络,重点介绍了网络现状及存在问题、解决方案的提出及优化工程的完成。

【Abstract】 With full-service era, competition among telecom companies is becoming intensely. In thenew competitive situation, the ability to respond quickly to market changes will be key to thesuccess of business operations. Telecommunications transmission resource is an importantstrategic business resource for telecommunications, whether telecom companies can implementefficient maintenance and whether telecom companies can provide rapid response support tomarket will are directly related to the success of business operations. Telecom companies canprovide maintenance periodically to achieve efficient maintenance management of transferresources and rapid service response.The paper first examines synchronous digital hierarchy (SDH). Then the paper introducesknowledge about time slot, network elements, SDH multiplexing step. The paper also expoundsthe key of network optimization, such as the need, purpose, performance indicators, and process.Based on the network optimization, the paper carrys out transmission network optimizationof Xi’an Railway Bureau, including Xihan SDH transmission network, Zhengxi SDH transmissionnetwork, and Xicheng SDH transmission network. The paper focuses on the network status,problems, solutions and completion of the project.
