【摘要】 作为科技创新型企业，新产品新技术能否快速被市场认可，需要运营资金的保证。在资金获取途径有限的前提下，如何通过多种渠道获得资金，成为企业发展面临的重大课题。本文通过对湖南博瑞德特种陶瓷有限公司融资方案进行分析，建立适合博瑞德碳化硼项目的融资模式。本文首先对项目融资的相关理论进行深入探讨，包括项目融资的概念、特点、相关利益主体、模式等。在此基础上对博瑞德公司碳化硼生产项目的SWOT分析确定公司融资方向，通过对市场环境、产品优势，营销模式、管理团队、发展规划等方面进行研究，在对项目收益率分析的基础上认证公司的融资项目的可行性。通过对现有融资模式进行比较分析，选择最适合公司实际情况的融资模式。在融资方案的设计与制定过程中，充分考虑了公司的估值，融资金额、管理团队等各方面因素。总体认为此项目具有广阔的市场前景，项目收益快，投资回报率高，可以采用项目股权融资的方式进行融资。通过对本项目融资方案的可行性论证，在结合企业实际和科学分析的基础上提出了稳妥的、切实可行的具体实施方案。主要的目的是在成本可控和有利于企业快速发展的基础上尽可能的控制项目的投资风险，这需要考虑各种风险因素，采取有效的风控措施，确保项目融资方案的有效实施。本文介绍了博瑞德项目融资方案的实施策略，并对此项目融资方案在实施中进行控制，在风险评估的基础上，通过完善风险管理机制和提高风险控制决策能力，在整体上把握博瑞德碳化硼项目融资方案的实施研究，以期对提高项目管理水平和效率有所帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 As science and technology innovation-oriented enterprises, new product newtechnology can be quickly recognized by the market, needs the guarantee of workingcapital. In under the premise of limited access to funds, how to obtain funds throughvarious channels, become a major topic for the enterprise development. This articlethrough to hunan rhett special ceramics co., LTD., analyze the financing, establishingsuitable for borui DE boron carbide project financing model.This article first to explore of the relevant theories of project financing, including theconcept and characteristics of project financing, related interest subjects, pattern, etc.On the basis of borui DE boron carbide production project SWOT analysis todetermine the direction of corporate finance, through to the market environment,product advantage, marketing pattern, the management team, development planning,etc, in the project based on the analysis of the yield of financing project feasibility ofcertification company. Through comparative analysis on the existing financing model,choose the most suitable company actual situation of the financing mode. In theprocess of financing package design and making, give full consideration to thecompany’s valuation, financing amount, the management team and so on variousfactors. Generally think that this project has a broad market prospect, project profitfast, high return on investment, project financing way may be used for financing. Bythe feasibility talk on financing plan for the project, there is a specific implementationplan based on the business act and scientific analysis which is safe and feasible. Themain purpose is to control the risk of the project investment based on the costcontrollable and rapid to the company development as much as possible. It need toconsider the factors of various risks, take risk control measures effectivlly,then toensure the financing project plan implement effectively.This paper introduced the implementation of the strategy of borui DE projectfinancing project, and take control measures on the way of this of the financingproject programme. To improve the project management level and efficiency, graspthe implementation of borui DE boron carbide project financing scheme，it need toperfect the risk management mechanism and improve the risk control decision-makingability at the risk assessment.更多还原
