基于悬架K&C特性的整车操纵稳定性优化

【摘要】 近些年来,随着我国汽车产业的蓬勃发展,我国自主品牌的汽车市场占有率也相应提高,但是整体研发能力仍相对较弱。只有努力提高我国汽车行业的自主研发能力,才能从根本上提高自主品牌的竞争力。本文以某款汽车底盘研发项目为依托,首先,对标杆车进行了悬架K&C特性、整车操纵稳定性等一系列实车试验。在此基础上,根据标杆车的相关试验测试数据,在CARSIM软件中建立标杆车的整车模型并进行操纵稳定性分析,通过与标杆车实车操纵稳定性试验结果进行对比,验证了建模方法和整车模型的正确性。其次,根据项目组提供的三维数模及相关设计参数,在ADAMS虚拟样机软件中建立目标车前、后悬架模型并进行K&C特性仿真分析,结合仿真结果及项目相关的设计参数,建立了目标车的整车CARSIM模型并进行相关操纵稳定性能试验仿真。通过与标杆车的整车操稳性能指标进行对比,发现了目标车整车操稳性能的不足。最后,选定整车不足转向度为评价指标,对影响其性能的因素进行分析,将影响因素逐层分解到悬架K&C特性层面,根据项目要求,合理选择优化参数和优化方案对目标车进行优化调整,使目标车的不足转向度达到标杆车的标准。本文研究了悬架K&C特性及其对整车不足转向度的影响。以不足转向度作为操纵稳定性指标,对其影响的因素进行逐层分解,最终把悬架硬点参数作为优化变量,通过选择优化方案、调整悬架硬点参数、优化悬架相关特性,使目标达到要求。这对从整车性能层面上考虑相关影响因素,逐层分解整车性能指标,以此提高整车操纵稳定性能具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 With the highly rapid development of automobile industry, China’s own brand carmarket share also increased, but the research and development capabilities arerelatively weak. Only by making great efforts to improv the Chinese automobileindustry independent research and development capacity,can we fundamentally improvethe R&D capabilities.This research is based on a specific vehicle chassis R&D project, First of all, Thebenchmarking car has made a series of suspension K&C characteristics and vehiclehandling and stability real vehicle test. Based on these tests, the benchmark vehicle’sdynamic model is setted up by CARSIM, which has been verified by comparing with theexperimental data.In the second place,according to the three dimensional mathematicalmodel and the related design parameters which provided by the project, the frontsuspension and rear suspension of the target vehicle’s dynamic model was set up, and thesuspension K&C simulation of these dynamic model was also made by ADAMS. Using theresult of the simulation and the related design parameters,the target vehicle’s dynamicmodel is set up and making the virtual vehicle handling and stability test all by CARSIM.Compared with the performance index of the benchmark vehicle, the insufficient onhandling and stability performance of the target car is found. At last,choosing the degree ofundersteer as the evaluation index.Analysis of the factors which influenced the selectedevaluation index of handling and stability performance is conducted,and then the factorswas decomposed to the suspension K&C characteristics level.Based on the requirement ofthe project,we choose the suitable parameters and adjust reasonably to make the degreeof understeer of target car equal to the benchmark vehicle.In this article,the suspension K&C characteristics and it’s influence on the degreeof understeer were discussed. Based on the degree of understeer of the vehicleperformance,decomposing the factors step by step,the hard points of suspension arechosen as the parameters to optimize in the end. By Choosing the optimization scheme,adjusting the hard points,optimizing the suspension characteristics,to making thetarget vehicle performance is achieved.Which has a great important to analyzing thefactors on the handling and stability level,decomposing the factors of whole vehiclestep by step and improving the handling and stability of vehicle performance better.
