【摘要】 借助国家大力发展现代农业产业以及水土保持和新能源产业的良好趋势,以及项目所在地政府所提供的优惠政策,笔者拟通过组建专业公司,进行巨能草高端产业化种植及生物质能源基地的综合建设开发,促进当地的农村经济和循环经济发展。本文按照商业计划书的要求,从实战的角度出发,分析洪雅县巨能草高端产业化种植及深加工综合开发生态种植基地的项目建设。主要内容包括项目开发背景、公司概况及发展战略、市场机会分析、市场营销策略、生产管理、财务与投资分析、风险控制等。本文详细分析了该项目建设的内容：通过规划建设四大功能区,十大项目即巨能草生态种植区、巨能草培育研发区、巨能草生产加工区、巨能草文化休闲区四大功能区以及园区基础设施建设、巨能草种植基地、巨能草生物燃料加工厂、巨能草食用菌培植工厂、能草纤维板加工厂、巨能草生物质能源研发室、巨能草种苗培育室、公司办公大楼、巨能草特色菌类主题餐厅、巨能草标准化培训基地十大项目,带动整个种植基地的发展。并通过采用“双链条发展模式”,最终将基地打造成为西部最大的综合性生物质能源科技示范基地。“双链条发展模式”一条为纤维质生物能源产业链。即以大规模种植巨能草产业为基础,发展生物质化工、生物质燃油、与生物质发电三大方向,构建纤维质生物能源产业链,实现循环经济发展；另一条为现代农业乡村旅游产业链。即以大规模种植的巨能草农业产业为基础,打造集现代农业观光、生物能源科普、绿色食品体验等为一体的乡村休闲科普旅游目的地、国家休闲农业与乡村旅游示范点,实现—三产互动,促进项目的可持续发展。通过全文的分析,可以看出巨能草相关系列产品属于绿色环保产品,具有较强的市场潜力和较好的市场前景。巨能草高端产业化种植及深加工综合开发生态种植基地项目建设可行。该项目建成后近期可以解决水土流失问题以及农民农业产业问题,远期可将其作为生物质能源基地来建设,通过世界生物质化工、生物质燃油、与生物质发电三大方向的发展,构建纤维质生物能源产业链,实现循环经济发展。带动周边农民致富以及洪雅县生态农业产业的发展,最终实现经济、生态和社会效益的三丰收。更多还原

The giant grass agricultural industry of large-scale cultivation base, build modern agriculture sightseeing, popular science, bio energy, green food experience as one of the rural leisure tourist destination, the national leisure agriculture and rural tourism demonstration sites, the realization of the one three industry, to promote a sustainable development.Through the above analysis, we can see the great grass related products are green products, with strong market potential and good market prospect. Juneng grass planting and deep processing of high-end industry comprehensive development of ecological planting base project is feasible. After the completion of the project can solve the problem of soil erosion in agricultural industry and farmers problems, long term can be used as biomass energy base construction, through the development of the world chemical industry, biomass fuel, biomass and biomass power generation three direction, constructs the lignocellulosic bio energy industry chain, to achieve the development of circular economy.
