【摘要】 本文从出口二元边际的视角，探讨不同类型基础设施建设对企业出口行为的影响。通过标准化系数及显著性水平的比较，明确浙江省基础设施建设对企业出口集约边际和扩展边际的作用效果，从而在企业微观层面上，更为准确的评价浙江省基础设施建设对出口贸易增长模式的影响。首先，本文界定了相关核心概念，明确了基础设施对企业出口集约边际及扩展边际的作用机理。其次，本文对浙江省各类基础设施建设情况以及企业出口二元边际的变化情况进行了初步剖析。再次，基于Heckman两阶段模型，本文实证检验了各类基础设施对全样本、分所有权样本及分行业样本企业出口行为的不同影响。结果表明：（1）基础设施对企业出口行为存在正向影响，就浙江省总体企业而言，基础设施水平的提高既能扩大企业的出口倾向，又能增加企业的出口数量，且相比于经济性基础设施，社会性基础设施的作用效果更为显著；（2）基础设施对不同所有权及行业企业出口行为的影响存在显著差异；（3）基础设施主要作用于出口扩展边际，主要通过增加出口企业的数量实现浙江省出口贸易的扩张，但对于不同所有权和不同行业的企业，基础设施的主要作用边际存在一定差别。最后，基于本文理论和实证研究结果，笔者认为在浙江省经济转型升级趋势下，为保证浙江省出口贸易的稳速增长，促进全省经济的健康发展，政府应合理控制交通基础设施发展速度，避免过度盲目投入；适度加快通信基础设施建设步伐，提高通信行业竞争水平；大力推进能源基础设施建设进程，提高能源利用效率；着重优化教育基础设施建设，以教育高质量促教育现代化；切实加大科研基础设施建设力度，提高自主创新能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper has discussed the influence of different types of infrastructure on the enterprises’export behavior from the perspective of the dual margins of export, and has distinguished the effectof such two margins according to the standardized coefficient and significance level, which led upto a more accurate evaluation of influence of infrastructure construction on the growth model ofexport trade in Zhejiang Province. Firstly, this paper has defined the relevant core concepts andclarified the mechanism of infrastructure on the dual margins. Secondly, this paper haspreliminarily analyzed the changes of five types of infrastructure in Zhejiang Province and thechange of dual margins as well. Thirdly, based on the Heckman two-stage model, this paper hasempirically tested the impact of different infrastructure on full sample and on two sub-sampleswhich divided by the ownership and industry. The results show that:(1) The infrastructure has apositive influence on the export behavior of enterprises, it improves both the export orientation andthe export scale in terms of the overall enterprises in Zhejiang Province, and compared to theeconomic infrastructure, the effect of social one is more remarkable;(2) The influence ofinfrastructure on enterprises’ export behavior with different ownership or industry issignificantly different;(3) The infrastructure mainly effect on the extensive margin, that is, itexpands the export trade of Zhejiang Province by increasing the number of export enterpriseschiefly, and the result may be diverse considering ownership or industry. Finally, according to thetheoretical and empirical findings, the author thinks that, to ensure the steady growth of export andthe healthy development of economy of Zhejiang Province under the trend of transformation and upgrading, the government should control the development speed of transport infrastructure, avoidexcessive investment; they should also moderately accelerate the pace of communicationinfrastructure construction, improve the level of competition in communication industry; and theyshould vigorously promote the process of energy infrastructure construction, improve the energyefficiency as well; Furthermore, the government should focus on optimizing educationinfrastructure, promote the modernization of education with quality education; and they shouldeffectively intensify the construction of science and research infrastructure, improve the ability ofindependent innovation.更多还原
