弦杆翼缘贴板加强不等宽T型矩形管节点静力性能研究

【摘要】 空心管结构因其外表美观、独特的结构性能及优良的经济性能而得到广泛应用。在管结构中,当个别节点的承载能力不能满足设计需求时,对节点进行加强显然是经济有效的办法。目前,我国《钢结构设计规范》尚未列入加强节点的计算公式。本文在近些年国内外学者对加强节点研究的基础上,对弦杆翼缘贴板加强的不等宽T型矩形管节点的静力性能进行了研究,以期为我国规范修订工作有所裨益。具体内容包括:首先,运用ANSYS软件采用SOLID95单元、TARGE170和CONTA174接触单元建立此类加强节点的有限元模型,考虑了节点边界条件、圆角效应及焊缝尺寸等因素。与前人实验结果对比,验证了此节点模型的正确性。根据模拟结果,得到此类加强节点的破坏模式和确立了极限承载力的取值原则。其次,针对此类加强节点在弦杆无轴力情况下,进行大量参数分析。考虑了加强板厚度与弦杆厚度比tc/t0、加强板长度与支杆高度比lc/h1、节点支弦杆宽度比β、弦杆宽厚比γ、支弦杆厚度比τ及支弦杆高宽比η等参数对节点破坏模式、节点承载力和节点效率的影响,为工程设计提供相关理论依据。在此基础上,对此类加强节点极限承载力进行多元回归,得到较为准确的计算公式。此外,通过此类加强节点的塑性铰线模型建立,推出节点极限承载力的理论公式,同样得到较高精度。最后,针对此类加强节点在弦杆有轴力作用的情况,进行大量参数分析。在弦杆无轴力时得到的极限承载力公式基础上,给出反映节点弦杆所受轴力影响的修正系数,从而得到弦杆有轴力时的节点极限承载力公式。

【Abstract】 Hollow Section Structures (HSS) are widely applied for their advantages such asgraceful appearance, excellent structural property and great economic performance. ForHSS, when the load-carrying capacity of individual joints can’t satisfy design demands,it is obvious that using reinforced joints is an effective and economic way. At present,there’s no design formulas for reinforced RHS joints in design code of steel structures inour country. Based on the research results of reinforced joints obtained in our countryand other countries in recent years, this paper studied the static properties of T-typeRHS joints reinforced with plate on the flange of chord, which would be meaningful forthe revision of our country code. Specific details are as follows:Firstly, in the finite element (FE) model of the reinforced RHS joint constructed byANSYS, SOLID95elements, TARGE170and CONTA174contact elements wereadopted. Meanwhile, the effect of boundary conditions, fillet and welds were included.Compared with the experiment results of others, the accuracy of the FE model wasverified. According to the simulation result, the ultimate strength and failure mode ofthe reinforced RHS joint were got.Secondly, plenty of parameter analysis of joints reinforced with plate on the flangeof chord with no chord axial load has been conducted, mainly to investigate theinfluence of geometrical parameters on failure mode, joints’ efficiency and ultimatestrength. These geometrical parameters included ratio of the thickness of stiffening plateto the thickness of chord member tc/t0, ratio of the length of stiffening plate to the heightof web member lc/h1, ratio of the width of web member to the width of chord member β,ratio of the width of chord member to the thickness of chord member γ, ratio of thethickness of web member to the thickness of chord member τ and ratio of the height ofweb member to the width of chord member η. Based on the result of parameter analysis,the accurate ultimate strength computational formulas were obtained through themulti-parameter regressive analysis. Besides, through improving the plastic hinge model,the accurate theoretical formulas for the joint capacity were presented.Finally, plenty of parameter analysis of joints reinforced with plate on the flange ofchord with chord axial load has been conducted. Based on the ultimate strengthformulas of no chord axial load, the correction factor which reflected the influence of chord axial load was obtained. By which the ultimate strength of the joints with chordaxial load can be calculated.
