长三角主导产业的空间结构演化研究

【摘要】 改革开放以来,长三角经济与产业都实现了跨越式发展,取得了优异的成绩。随着全球经济一体化趋势的发展,国际化分工日益明显,中国凭借劳动力优势成为制造大国,长三角更是以其制造业的绝对优势成为了推动全国经济快速增长的重要地区。然而,面临近几年我国劳动力优势逐渐降低、能源日渐紧缺以及环境保护限制,长三角地区的制造业优势正在日渐丧失,现今长三角地区的主导产业空间结构是否合理,未来其主导产业空间结构的如何变化,才能保证长三角地区经济继续稳固增长是社会各界共同关注的焦点。本文将主导产业理论与产业空间结构理论相结合,并利用重心方法,研究长三角主导产业的空间结构演化的演化轨迹及影响因素。首先利用主成分分析法选择长三角主导产业,从中选择三个代表性产业,即黑色金属冶炼及压延加工业、通用设备制造业和计算机与通信设备制造业作为研究对象。然后确定主导产业空间结构演化的测算参数-产业重心、产业重心移动距离、区域匀质指数和区域重量,对以上三个产业的空间结构演化进行轨迹描述,得到以黑色金属冶炼及压延加工业、通用设备制造业和计算机与通信设备制造业为代表的长三角主导产业的空间结构演化轨迹:产业重心的转移方向都是从东南向西北转移;产业重心都是从浙江省转移到江苏省。并对长三角主导产业的空间结构演化特征进行分析,得出长三角主导产业的空间结构演化特征。最后提出长三角主导产业空间结构演化影响因素的理论假设,建立计量模型,从自然优势、集聚经济、产业结构和市场需求四个方面对长三角主导产业的空间结构演化的影响因素进行量化分析,得出长三角各城市的黑色金属冶炼及压延加工业、通用设备制造业和计算机与通信设备制造业的影响因子以及影响大小。
【Abstract】 Yangtze River delta has achieved remarkable achievements in areas such aseconomic and industrial development since the reform and opening. With the rapiddevelopment of global economy integration and the international division of labor,China has become with labor advantage, Yangtze River delta with its absolutesuperiority of manufacturing has become the important areas to promote the growth ofthe national economy. However, as our country is gradually losing its labor advantage,the energy is increasingly scarce and environmental protection in recent years, theYangtze River delta is losing its manufacturing advantage. Whether the spatialstructure of the leading industry of the Yangtze River delta region is reasonable, whatis the future of the spatial structure of its leading industry, how to ensure continuedsolid growth in Yangtze River delta is the focus of common concern from all walks oflife today.This article studies the spatial structure evolution of the leading industry ofYangtze River delta and influence factors by using leading industry theory combinedwith the industrial spatial structure theory and using gravity center method. First, useprincipal component analysis (PCA) to identify the leading industry of the YangtzeRiver delta, choose three representative industries, namely the black metal smeltingand rolling processing industry, general equipment manufacturing and computer andcommunication equipment manufacturing industry as the research object and analysisthe present development situation of the three representative industries.Then determine the parameters used to measure the spatial structure evolutio n ofthe leading industry–the industrial gravity center, the industrial gravity center movingdistance, the uniformity index and regional weight to describe the spatial structureevolution track of the above three industries, then get the spatial structure evolutiontrack of the leading industry of Yangtze River delta that industrial gravity center shiftdirection is from southeast to northwest, also from Zhejiang province to Jiangsuprovince with black metal smelting and rolling processing industry, gener alequipment manufacturing and computer and communication equipmentmanufacturing industry as a representative. And analyze the spatial structureevolution characteristics of the leading industry of Yangtze River delta to get thespatial structure evolution characteristics of the leading industry of Yangtze Riverdelta.Finally, put forward theory assumes that the factors affecting the spatial structureevolution of leading industry of Yangtze River delta, establish econometric model,analyze the influence factors of the spatial structure evolution of the Yangtze riverdelta leading industries from four aspects as the natural advantages, agglomeration economy and industrial structure and market demand. It is concluded that the blackmetal smelting and rolling processing industry, general equipment manufacturing andcomputer and communication equipment manufacturing industry have its owninfluence factors and the influence of size in each city of Yangtze River delta.
