【摘要】 随着科学技术的发展，知识在企业中的地位越来越高，逐渐成为企业最核心、最宝贵的资源，因此，21世纪被人们称为知识经济时代。知识管理成为企业经营管理过程中的有效工具，帮助企业获取和维护核心竞争力、保持市场竞争优势。知识管理体系是企业开展知识管理工作的重要平台，企业知识管理水平和成熟度的提高有赖于知识管理体系的建立和完善。航天一院属于知识密集型组织，其型号产品具有研制过程复杂、进度和质量要求极高的特点，在研制过程中需要大量的知识资源作为支撑，因此知识管理对航天一院型号产品研制具有非常重要作用。如何通过建立合理、有效的知识管理体系，实现知识在组织内部有效的传递、共享和应用，从而提高型号产品的研制速度和质量水平，是当前航天一院亟待解决的问题。本文对航天一院的知识管理体系进行了研究。首先，在知识管理文献综述和知识管理理论和应用实践的基础上，本文对航天一院的知识管理状况进行了剖析，并对航天一院当前知识管理工作中存在问题进行了论述，指出了设计有效知识管理体系的必要性。随后，本文设计了知识管理体系的总体框架，分析了知识管理基础体系和知识管理保障体系之间的关系，并分别对各体系进行了设计。最后，本文提出了知识管理体系建设实施的具体方案。本文对航天一院的知识管理体系的研究将有助于提高航天一院整体知识管理水平，增强航天一院的核心能力和竞争优势，并为国内其他航天企业的知识管理工作提供借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the development of science and technology, knowledge is more andmore important in enterprises, and gradually become the core and most preciousresources of enterprises. Therefore, the21st century is called the era of knowledgeeconomy. Knowledge management has become an effective tool in the process ofenterprise management, which helps enterprises to obtain and maintain the corecompetitive ability, and to keep market competitive advantages. Knowledgemanagement system (KMS) can act as an important platform for enterprise to carryout knowledge management work, and the improvement of maturity of knowledgemanagement depends on the establishment and perfect of KMS.CALT is a knowledge-intensive organization, its product development processis complicated, and with high progress quality requirements, requiring a great dealof knowledge resources as support. Therefore, knowledge management play animportant role in product development process. Establishing a reasonable andeffective KMS is an urgent issue for CALT, in order to realize effective knowledgetransmission, sharing and application in organization, and to improve the speed andquality of product development.In this paper, the knowledge management system of CALT is researched.Firstly, based on the knowledge management literature review and knowledgemanagement theory and application, the situation of knowledge management ofCALT is analyzed, and the problems in knowledge management works is discussed,and the necessity of design an effective KMS is pointed out. Secondly, an overallframework of KMS is designed, which contains a basic system and a securitysystem of knowledge management. Finally, a knowledge management systemimplementation plan is carried out in this paper.更多还原
