车辆综合传动系试验台测控系统研究

【摘要】 安装基于液压机械无级传动原理的液压机械无级变速器(Hydro-mechanicalContinuously Variable Transmission,简称HMCVT)与液压机械差速转向装置的履带车辆,能够改善其机械传动效率及转向性能,实现无级变速和无级转向行驶。开发其综合传动系试验台,提出试验台性能评价方法,提高试验台测控精度和水平,对HMCVT与液压机械差速转向装置的理论研究及应用具有一定的实用价值。本文在阐述了国内外履带车辆传动系统研究现状与发展趋势的基础上,结合国家有关标准,提出了液压机械无级变速器和差速转向装置综合传动系试验台的性能评价方法。对综合传动试验台进行了总体结构设计,选取了试验台主要部件,并结合被测对象工作特点设计了基于CAN总线技术的计算机测控系统。根据测控系统特性,进行了测控系统的硬件配置,分析了其主要部件的控制方法。基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件完成了综合传动试验台主控软件的开发,以差速转向装置空损试验与差速转向装置系统特性试验为例,对系统进行了调试,结果表明:综合传动试验台测控系统运行正常,可满足液压机械无级变速器及液压机械差速转向装置的性能测试要求,为液压机械无级变速器及差速转向装置的改进设计及其理论研究提供了依据。
【Abstract】 Using hydro-mechanical Continuously Variable Transmission (HMCVT for short)and hydro-mechanic differential turning system can effectively improves thetransmission efficiency and turning performance of trackle vehicle to perform thesteeples speed changes. Study on the integrated powertrain test bench, develop itsmeasurement and control system, establish the evaluation method performance,improve the accuracy and level of the test system’s automatic test and control, whichhas important theoretical significance and practical value for the theoretical researchand application in engineering equipment.Combined the national standard with the discussion of home and abroad tracklevehicle integrated powertrain’s current situation and growing trend. Completed theoverall structural design, finished the major components of the test bench selection,combined with the measured object characteristics of the development work based onCAN technology. According to measurement and control system characteristics,carried out monitoring and control system hardware configuration, while analysis itsmain components control methods. On the basis of LabVIEW virtual instrumentsoftware as the test bench’s main software, completed power loss under no load testand rev characteristic under load test as examples of the system debug. The resultsshowed that: the integrated transmission control system is operating normally withHMCVT and hydro-mechanic differential turning system performance testingrequirements, provided basis for the HMCVT and hydro-mechanic differential turningsystem’s improved design and theory evidence.
